Pros

Platform feels very modern and polished to me. There are lots of customization options for us and it stays very manageable for administrators on a day-to-day basis. The support team has also been excellent whenever we needed help. Video streaming quality is very strong for us and there's a wide range of tools available to enrich pages and create a really pleasant experience for users.

Cons

Reporting tools could definitely be improved. As with most software, a few small bugs can come up from time to time but the support team responds extremely quickly and handles them very well.

Pros

After working as an administrator across several platforms for our community of practice projects for more than ten years, I had already tested plenty of options before moving to this one. One thing became obvious to me almost immediately, our team was able to use the platform with very little help or training from me which was a completely new experience. That took a lot off my plate and helped the team get more done on their own. The course creators were even enjoying the process. Previously, I usually had to arrange much of the content myself and rely on quite a bit of CSS just to make pages look polished. Here, the platform keeps things easy for us so layouts largely handle themselves and already look good right out of the box. You really do not need to be a web designer to build a page that looks professional. The course authoring interface is powerful for me while still being very user-friendly. All content types are modular and you can drag and drop them wherever you want in the layout, with multiple layout choices available. Building a clear course structure is quick for me and it is flexible enough to adjust whenever needed. On the admin side, the platform also provides the granular user permission controls that are essential for our work. Over the course of a year, I have seen a lot of meaningful improvements along with substantial new features. Users are now able to enroll themselves and select the activities they want to join which saves administrators like me a significant amount of time. I could honestly keep listing positives.

Cons

This platform is clearly built with functionality as the priority and it absolutely delivers on that front. The visual design is professional and polished but much of it is fairly fixed. You can apply some branding and make it feel more unique to a point but the customization options are still more limited than I would personally prefer as someone with a web design background.

Pros

It really gets what organizations need when they're building training programs and making them available to users. The features I appreciate most are sharing, copying and cloning for me. Those tools add a whole new dimension to the learning platform for us.

Cons

Since I haven't been using it for very long, I can't really point to anything yet that needs improvement. If something does come up, I'm confident they'll be open to hearing that feedback.
