Right from the start, the platform felt simple and easy to personalize to our needs. Customer support has been excellent and the flexibility it offers for managing courses is a big advantage.

There were a few cases where I had to come up with workarounds because certain features were not fully covered. That said their team supports our development pace and works with us at the rhythm we need.

Our team uses this platform both internally and with customers for software education and training and it has been fantastic. It supports both live sessions and prerecorded training which gives us a lot of flexibility. Creating new materials and keeping existing content updated is easy because the interface is logical and well organized. Whenever we've needed help, customer support has been very reliable and the overall value for the price is excellent. We rely on it to train more than 2,500 customers as well as our internal staff.

Cons

Honestly there's not much to dislike. The platform does include a lot of advanced features and capabilities and those can feel a bit difficult at first if you're not already familiar with how everything works. That said once you get comfortable using the system, those features become very valuable.

The team behind it is responsive and quick to adapt which makes it feel like they're genuinely invested in growing with their clients. Connecting it with our existing customer portal went smoothly and has made the experience better for our users overall. On top of that, their willingness to work with custom pricing options makes them feel like a fair and flexible partner.

One part that could be better is the course setup process especially when adding courses into learning paths since it can require repeating the same descriptions multiple times. The analytics features are useful as they are but getting to the key insights more easily would definitely improve the experience. That said it sounds like updates in this area are already being planned.

It is easy putting learning modules together with this. One thing I really appreciate is that it supports H5P plugins. It also stands out for its user-friendly layout which makes navigation feel natural and simple. On top of that, the customer support is excellent, consistently providing quick and well-informed assistance.

I did run into some trouble getting data to sync easily across the different analytics tools and the learning management system.

One thing that really worked well was the built-in option for structured certification journeys, complete with automatic progress tracking and testing. I was able to create learning experiences in a step-by-step order, increasing the difficulty as users moved forward and lock them behind gates so they advanced properly. That setup was especially valuable for customer training and helped guide people toward a more advanced level.

Cons

The downside was that some parts of the certificates and digital badges felt too inflexible when it came to customization. Because of those system limitations, I had to come up with workarounds to make the certificates match our branding guidelines and that was a bit discouraging.

Putting together certification programs with this was a really positive experience. I was able to include webinars, coaching and live events in one place and the support for different learning formats made the training feel more engaging and realistic. It also helped improve our partners' compliance.

One issue I ran into was with real-time notifications while building training journeys that included events and 3D simulations.

I think using the branded portals feature turned out to be really valuable for partner training because it let us tailor different learning paths for different groups without losing control over content management. Everything stayed centralized but learners still got experiences that matched their needs.

the thing that became clear was the lack of enough information around cross-portal engagement reporting. I had to pull the metrics together manually just to create a combined learner scorecard and that made decisions around training outcomes less effective.

It's been really helpful for building a wide range of learning activities. I'm able to set up and deliver all kinds of training, from VR simulation sessions to instructor-led programs, without being limited in how the training sequence is structured which helps keep external learners engaged and moving forward through the program.

One difficulty I ran into was managing data synchronization between the learning management system and other analytics tools.

Right from the start, the support has been excellent and incredibly fast. One of the biggest advantages for me is how everything is connected across the platform. If a video, picture or other file needs to be replaced in the archives, you only have to swap it once and it updates everywhere that content is used in the trainings. That makes keeping content current incredibly simple. The audit trail is another huge plus, along with the extensive reporting options. Every system change is tracked and can be downloaded which is really important. On top of that, the training statistics are very comprehensive and you can build custom standard reports for different user groups. Creating new trainings or importing users is also impressively fast. The automation rules for emails and enrollments save a lot of time too. Once everything is properly configured, importing a new list of users and assigning them to the right trainings takes only a couple of minutes. Overall the platform offers a massive range of possibilities and really feels like it was built to serve as a full knowledge and learning hub for customers.

Right from the admin side, the platform feels simple and easy to work with and from the learner side it's genuinely engaging. Adaptive learning paths are a big plus and the system is rock great while still looking polished across all devices. It's clear a lot of thought has gone into the user experience and the regular updates and new features show the product is constantly moving forward. The H5P interactive elements make it possible to build highly engaging learning content and the built-in authoring tool is one of the biggest differentiators. It's simple to work with yet the final output looks fantastic. I can still import standard SCORM and xAPI courses, of course but the market is clearly shifting toward a more agile model where clients and partners can create content faster and make their own edits as needed. This platform really makes that possible. On top of that, the support has been excellent. The technical team clearly knows what they're doing and responds quickly whenever questions come up. Onboarding and training are also very strong so you never get the feeling that you're being left alone to figure things out. And if the knowledge base doesn't cover something, the team is there to help.

Cons

One downside is that, even though it appears on the Fosway grid, it still doesn't seem to be mentioned in the same conversations as the larger LMS platforms. That's disappointing because a lot of large corporate buyers who usually default to the big ERP vendors are missing out on some really impressive functionality here. Hopefully that changes over time as the platform becomes more widely recognized.

Our online training platform is built around this system and our experience has been excellent from the start. It comes with a strong set of features and the flexibility we needed to really bring our content to life. It has also become a key part of how we onboard new clients. One of the biggest advantages is the combination of a user-friendly interface and the ability to customize courses however we need. The available tools make creating, updating and managing our content very easy which has been especially important as we continue scaling our training programs. They also release new features regularly which helps us keep improving and elevating the quality of our content. The support has been exceptional as well especially from our Customer Success Manager. During our own onboarding, we received personalized training that made getting started much easier. On top of that, the regular check-ins and practical feedback on improving our courses have been incredibly valuable. Overall I would highly recommend it to any organization looking for a dependable, scalable and forward-looking LMS backed by excellent support and continuous improvement.

It would be even better if there were more training videos covering complex or dynamic use cases.

There are moments when the platform feels a little unclear especially in the settings area which can be somewhat confusing to work through. On top of that, it isn't always obvious what the end user will actually receive or see and that lack of transparency can lead to some uncertainty.

Their client-focused approach has been the most impressive part for me especially how well they adapt to our specific external training needs. They do more than just give us a full set of learning tools, they involve us throughout the entire process which makes a real difference for us. The platform's fast onboarding was also a big plus since we were able to roll out our courses and training materials very quickly.

Getting familiar with all of the platform's features and functionality took some time at the beginning. Even though the documentation and support are quite comprehensive, having more in-depth tutorials or even live training sessions would make it easier to fully benefit from the platform right from the start.

The layout feels simple and easy to me which makes it efficient for us to launch and update courses, keep track of attendance and handle other course management tasks. There's also a strong variety of options for embedding content into our course pages, including images, videos, external links, H5P elements and HTML code. The available page layouts help us keep everything organized and clear which creates a better overall online learning experience.

One thing I'd still love to see is an even bigger selection of page layouts and more creative design options.

Right from the start, the platform has stood out to us for how usable and adaptable it is, along with the wide range of features and the steady stream of improvements and updates. The tools were simple for us to work with early on and could be adjusted to fit our different business requirements without much trouble. From course management to the built-in authoring tool, the LMS covers a broad set of functions that support nearly every use case we have. Even with so many capabilities, it never feels overwhelming to us and whenever something is needed, there is usually a solution already available. In the rare situations where there isn't, the IT team typically finds a way to make it work for us. The regular updates and new feature releases have not only enhanced what was already there but also opened the door for entirely new ways for us to use the platform.

As with any LMS or technical product, it is never going to meet 100% of a company's needs. That said because the platform keeps improving and also allows certain features to be customized based on business requirements, it gets very close.

After a few months of using this LMS, I'm really pleased with the features, how user-friendly it is for us and especially the customer support. The platform was simple for me to pick up and the process for uploading our content is very clear. Its simple interface makes building courses quite easy for us and I also value the variety of content types it can handle. On top of that, the ability to track and analyze our student progress is a standout feature. Whenever we've needed assistance, the team has been incredibly responsive and helpful to us. Overall this LMS has been an excellent solution that has made our training workflow more efficient and improved the student experience for us.

There is limited customization, PDFs can't be uploaded and the built-in H5P app integration is minimal.

Managing our customer and third-party learning with this platform has been a really strong experience. The system keeps improving in ways that match what modern learners need now and will need going forward and it feels ahead of a lot of other LMS options because of that for us. One thing I mention often when talking about it is the team behind the product. I honestly don't think you'll find a more responsive or supportive team for us through a ticketing system. Their ongoing development, support and commitment to industry standards like xAPI have been a big plus for us.

Cons

Because the platform continues to evolve, it does mean you have to stay diligent with testing whenever updates happen. That said if there's ever a hiccup, the support team is excellent and quick to help.

Right from the start, the platform has been especially strong for us when it comes to handling video. There's no theoretical file size limit and being able for us to use links to a video CDN instead of uploading large video files has been a big advantage. It's also flexible enough for us to build the functions we need, supports H5P plugins and includes staging environments so we can test changes before going live. The open API makes integration with other software and CRM systems possible for us, the UI supports multiple languages and the fixed release schedule adds a nice sense of predictability for us.

One area that still needs improvement is the statistics and reporting side which should be more thorough.

A couple of things really stood out to me. The online learning platform was one of them for me because it was well organized and had a good variety of courses to choose from. I also appreciated the support from the staff. They were consistently helpful to me and always ready to answer any questions I had.

There was not much I disliked but one area that could be better is the level of challenge in the coursework. Some of the assignments felt pretty basic and did not push critical thinking as much as I expected.

Getting started with it is very easy for us. Creating courses can be time-consuming but the platform handles a lot of the heavy lifting for us along the way. One of the things we enjoy most is how flexible the LMS is for us. It can support live training, online classes, asynchronous learning, stand-alone courses, full course programs or any mix of those for us without a problem.

Cons

User interface still has some room to improve although the team has been putting in a lot of effort and has already rolled out noticeable updates.

Right away, this product felt very easy for me to use and I'd definitely recommend it if most of your training content is video-based. It also gives us the option to build a personalized learning journey with a clearly defined path. The modular setup makes creating learning modules simple and practical for us. Overall it offers very great quality at a reasonable price for us.

We've decided not to keep using it because it lacks the social features we needed. While it does include forums, we were specifically looking for integrations with instant messaging, along with topic-based discussion spaces where moderators could post and manage content.

There's an impressive amount of capability and flexibility here for us. The way we can package and deliver learning options to individual users, teams or larger groups of our staff and customers is incredibly powerful for us. Another big plus for me is the strong focus on aesthetics and how the learning experience is presented, Honestly even more than the U.S.-based systems we looked at. It doesn't override our brand identity or visual style but it does more than any other LMS we reviewed to make sure everything we create looks polished especially on mobile devices.

Cons

One thing that was a bit disappointing was finding out that full Zoom integration only works properly with the larger Corporate/Enterprise edition of Zoom which we don't use. That feels more like a Zoom limitation than a platform issue though and we do understand there are other full integration options available that wouldn't require such an expensive video conferencing plan.

It comes with a lot of functionality right out of the box for us and it's usable even without much technical or programming knowledge. If needed, the API also makes it possible for us to customize and extend specific changes.

The permissions setup is a bit unusual since different access rights can't really be combined under a single account. Because of that, you have to plan roles with very strict task boundaries. For instance, a manager may not be able to create trainings, even if those responsibilities are handled by the same person in your organization.

On top of that, the platform offers a wide range of course creation options and being able for us to update individual courses from one central page is a huge plus. That combination has made this software a favorite for me.

Getting familiar with all the different features took some time and understanding what each part of the software was meant for wasn't immediate. At the beginning, it felt a bit confusing.

Navigation can be a little confusing at times and I occasionally lose track of where things are. That said once I search for what I need, it's usually there. Since I only use the platform a couple of times a month right now, I expect it'll feel more simple once I'm on it more regularly.

One thing we're really pleased with is being able for us to drag units around within the course structure and move the content boxes inside each unit as needed. That flexibility helps us a lot and the overall design also feels professional and welcoming to us.

Cons

There's one feature we really wish was included. We rely heavily on the archives and we especially miss having a way to organize videos into folders since we also create screencasts for our students after every lesson. A "create folder" option for videos would be incredibly valuable.

Like any editing platform, it has a few minor quirks but once you understand them, it's actually more manageable than other editing platforms I've used.

That data helps me zero in on what matters and gives me useful insight into how I can keep improving student achievement.

Only downside is that I just do not have enough time to take advantage of all the features available for supporting my diverse learners.

After spending more than 10 years trying to build online training and courses and testing at least seven different LMS platforms that all claimed to be the best, this was the first one that actually helped me reach that goal. I only got started with this LMS in the autumn of 2018 and within just three months I went from the initial idea to having my first paying customer enrolled in my courses. That happened with very little training on how to use the platform which says a lot to me about how simple the system really is. On top of that, the support team has been fantastic and they have been a truly valuable partner for me throughout the process. I would highly recommend using this LMS.

After working with six different learning platforms, this one clearly stands above the rest for me. It includes all the core features I would expect from a next-generation digital learning system. Building courses is easy for me and the learner experience feels interactive, collaborative and social, exactly what is needed to keep people engaged online.

I'm a huge supporter of this solution. More than anything, I'm excited about the upcoming features that will help our organization, as a content provider, keep learners engaged and expand our reach to more customers around the world.

Mobile experience and the way relational content is tagged could still be improved a bit but those are only very minor issues.

Interface feels really well designed to me. Building a course with the course builder as an interactive mind map makes the whole structure very simple for me and using templates is helpful when I want all the individual pages to have a consistent look. Once the course framework is in place, adding different types of content from multiple sources is also very easy for me. The H5P elements work really well too for me. With my background as a teacher and several years in publishing developing learning materials, creativity matters a lot to me in online learning and this platform gives me plenty of room for that. When the courses are running, it is obvious to me that this is a very modern LMS. Social learning works especially well for me, with lots of options for interaction and communication between students and between teachers and students, both publicly and privately. The web conference feature is also very effective and gives me a good way to talk with students in small groups. On top of that, I can clearly follow student progress throughout the course.

Cons

There are only a few things I miss. One is a global content box, meaning a way to update something across every page in a single action. Another is that the web conference tool is not really built for webinars. It works perfectly for group discussions but it does not function the way a webinar tool does.

Platform feels very modern and polished to me. There are lots of customization options for us and it stays very manageable for administrators on a day-to-day basis. The support team has also been excellent whenever we needed help. Video streaming quality is very strong for us and there's a wide range of tools available to enrich pages and create a really pleasant experience for users.

Cons

Reporting tools could definitely be improved. As with most software, a few small bugs can come up from time to time but the support team responds extremely quickly and handles them very well.

After working as an administrator across several platforms for our community of practice projects for more than ten years, I had already tested plenty of options before moving to this one. One thing became obvious to me almost immediately, our team was able to use the platform with very little help or training from me which was a completely new experience. That took a lot off my plate and helped the team get more done on their own. The course creators were even enjoying the process. Previously, I usually had to arrange much of the content myself and rely on quite a bit of CSS just to make pages look polished. Here, the platform keeps things easy for us so layouts largely handle themselves and already look good right out of the box. You really do not need to be a web designer to build a page that looks professional. The course authoring interface is powerful for me while still being very user-friendly. All content types are modular and you can drag and drop them wherever you want in the layout, with multiple layout choices available. Building a clear course structure is quick for me and it is flexible enough to adjust whenever needed. On the admin side, the platform also provides the granular user permission controls that are essential for our work. Over the course of a year, I have seen a lot of meaningful improvements along with substantial new features. Users are now able to enroll themselves and select the activities they want to join which saves administrators like me a significant amount of time. I could honestly keep listing positives.

Cons

This platform is clearly built with functionality as the priority and it absolutely delivers on that front. The visual design is professional and polished but much of it is fairly fixed. You can apply some branding and make it feel more unique to a point but the customization options are still more limited than I would personally prefer as someone with a web design background.

It really gets what organizations need when they're building training programs and making them available to users. The features I appreciate most are sharing, copying and cloning for me. Those tools add a whole new dimension to the learning platform for us.

Cons

Since I haven't been using it for very long, I can't really point to anything yet that needs improvement. If something does come up, I'm confident they'll be open to hearing that feedback.
