Our team uses this platform both internally and with customers for software education and training and it has been fantastic. It supports both live sessions and prerecorded training which gives us a lot of flexibility. Creating new materials and keeping existing content updated is easy because the interface is logical and well organized. Whenever we've needed help, customer support has been very reliable and the overall value for the price is excellent. We rely on it to train more than 2,500 customers as well as our internal staff.
Cons
Honestly there's not much to dislike. The platform does include a lot of advanced features and capabilities and those can feel a bit difficult at first if you're not already familiar with how everything works. That said once you get comfortable using the system, those features become very valuable.

Connecting it with our existing customer portal went smoothly and has made the experience better for our users overall. On top of that, their willingness to work with custom pricing options makes them feel like a fair and flexible partner.
Cons
One part that could be better is the course setup process especially when adding courses into learning paths since it can require repeating the same descriptions multiple times. The analytics features are useful as they are but getting to the key insights more easily would definitely improve the experience. That said it sounds like updates in this area are already being planned.

It is easy putting learning modules together with this. One thing I really appreciate is that it supports H5P plugins. It also stands out for its user-friendly layout which makes navigation feel natural and simple. On top of that, the customer support is excellent, consistently providing quick and well-informed assistance.
Cons
I did run into some trouble getting data to sync easily across the different analytics tools and the learning management system.

One thing that really worked well was the built-in option for structured certification journeys, complete with automatic progress tracking and testing. I was able to create learning experiences in a step-by-step order, increasing the difficulty as users moved forward and lock them behind gates so they advanced properly. That setup was especially valuable for customer training and helped guide people toward a more advanced level.
Cons
The downside was that some parts of the certificates and digital badges felt too inflexible when it came to customization. Because of those system limitations, I had to come up with workarounds to make the certificates match our branding guidelines and that was a bit discouraging.

Putting together certification programs with this was a really positive experience. I was able to include webinars, coaching and live events in one place and the support for different learning formats made the training feel more engaging and realistic. Cons

I think using the branded portals feature turned out to be really valuable for partner training because it let us tailor different learning paths for different groups without losing control over content management. Everything stayed centralized but learners still got experiences that matched their needs.
Cons
the thing that became clear was the lack of enough information around cross-portal engagement reporting. I had to pull the metrics together manually just to create a combined learner scorecard and that made decisions around training outcomes less effective.

Right from the start, the support has been excellent and incredibly fast. One of the biggest advantages for me is how everything is connected across the platform. If a video, picture or other file needs to be replaced in the archives, you only have to swap it once and it updates everywhere that content is used in the trainings. That makes keeping content current incredibly simple. The audit trail is another huge plus, along with the extensive reporting options. Every system change is tracked and can be downloaded which is really important. On top of that, the training statistics are very comprehensive and you can build custom standard reports for different user groups. Creating new trainings or importing users is also impressively fast. The automation rules for emails and enrollments save a lot of time too. Once everything is properly configured, importing a new list of users and assigning them to the right trainings takes only a couple of minutes. Overall the platform offers a massive range of possibilities and really feels like it was built to serve as a full knowledge and learning hub for customers.

Right from the admin side, the platform feels simple and easy to work with and from the learner side it's genuinely engaging. Adaptive learning paths are a big plus and the system is rock great while still looking polished across all devices. It's clear a lot of thought has gone into the user experience and the regular updates and new features show the product is constantly moving forward. The H5P interactive elements make it possible to build highly engaging learning content and the built-in authoring tool is one of the biggest differentiators. It's simple to work with yet the final output looks fantastic. I can still import standard SCORM and xAPI courses, of course but the market is clearly shifting toward a more agile model where clients and partners can create content faster and make their own edits as needed. This platform really makes that possible. On top of that, the support has been excellent. The technical team clearly knows what they're doing and responds quickly whenever questions come up. Onboarding and training are also very strong so you never get the feeling that you're being left alone to figure things out. And if the knowledge base doesn't cover something, the team is there to help.
Cons
One downside is that, even though it appears on the Fosway grid, it still doesn't seem to be mentioned in the same conversations as the larger LMS platforms. That's disappointing because a lot of large corporate buyers who usually default to the big ERP vendors are missing out on some really impressive functionality here. Hopefully that changes over time as the platform becomes more widely recognized.

Our online training platform is built around this system and our experience has been excellent from the start. It comes with a strong set of features and the flexibility we needed to really bring our content to life. It has also become a key part of how we onboard new clients. One of the biggest advantages is the combination of a user-friendly interface and the ability to customize courses however we need. The available tools make creating, updating and managing our content very easy which has been especially important as we continue scaling our training programs. They also release new features regularly which helps us keep improving and elevating the quality of our content. The support has been exceptional as well especially from our Customer Success Manager. During our own onboarding, we received personalized training that made getting started much easier. On top of that, the regular check-ins and practical feedback on improving our courses have been incredibly valuable. Overall I would highly recommend it to any organization looking for a dependable, scalable and forward-looking LMS backed by excellent support and continuous improvement.

It would be even better if there were more training videos covering complex or dynamic use cases.

One of the best parts for us is the support team which is consistently quick to respond and capable of resolving issues well. Getting familiar with all of the platform's features and functionality took some time at the beginning. Even with so many capabilities, it never feels overwhelming to us and whenever something is needed, there is usually a solution already available. In the rare situations where there isn't, the IT team typically finds a way to make it work for us. The regular updates and new feature releases have not only enhanced what was already there but also opened the door for entirely new ways for us to use the platform.

As with any LMS or technical product, it is never going to meet 100% of a company's needs. That said because the platform keeps improving and also allows certain features to be customized based on business requirements, it gets very close.

Managing our customer and third-party learning with this platform has been a really strong experience. The system keeps improving in ways that match what modern learners need now and will need going forward and it feels ahead of a lot of other LMS options because of that for us. One thing I mention often when talking about it is the team behind the product. I honestly don't think you'll find a more responsive or supportive team for us through a ticketing system. Their ongoing development, support and commitment to industry standards like xAPI have been a big plus for us.
Cons
Because the platform continues to evolve, it does mean you have to stay diligent with testing whenever updates happen. That said if there's ever a hiccup, the support team is excellent and quick to help.
