“Convenient to handle reports
Pros
It's very convenient for me to handle bookings and reports. I also find checking and monitoring hours easy and the CBTA addition makes it even more valuable.
Cons
I think it would make a big difference if we had a tool to calculate overall student grades at the end of training or specific phases, so cadets could be graded more clearly on performance.

“Track trainee progress
Pros
I see it as an ATO-oriented solution that makes it easy to follow compliance and track trainee progress. From the trainee side, the system is easy and easy to use.
Cons
Because the system isn't AOC oriented, I end up needing to use a second system for tracking pilot training. Building programs also feels tricky when I don't do it regularly.

“Great for flight schools but pricey for small businesses
Pros
FlightLogger has shown me they really understand what flight schools need for documentation and scheduling. I've also appreciated the reliable support.
Cons
The pricing feels a little high for smaller businesses, especially when you add in optional modules and that's something I have to think about.

“Pretty nice service
Pros
The customer service has been outstanding. They respond quickly and even take suggestions into account when making improvements. The program itself feels well thought out and reliable, I couldn't really ask for more.
Cons
Sometimes, because there are so many clients, the personalization options feel a bit limited.

“Handling is easy
Pros
At first, I found it a bit daunting but after using it a few times the system became very easy to handle. The only real challenge I had was when adding a new profile.
Cons
When I pull raw flight data reports, I don't like having to scroll through months one by one just to go back a couple of years. I also wish there was a way to track extra student hours beyond the syllabus.

“Practical for reports
Pros
As a financial analyst in aviation, I often use Flight Logger data for financial forecasts. It's very practical for generating different reports and I like being able to export them directly to Excel.
Cons
At times the data formatting doesn't look quite right but since there are ways around it, it hasn't caused serious issues for me.

Pros
Working with it feels easy because I always have access to detailed information about student status. It helps me follow up on each session without difficulty.
Cons
I find that documenting a flight takes me a long time, especially when I have to fill in all the flight data step by step.

“Clear layout with fast support
Pros
It is easy for me to use and has a clear layout. I like that updates are frequent and often include feedback. Even though I'm on the other side of the world, the support team responds quickly, usually within the same day.
Cons
For me, the duty time counter can be frustrating because I need to click each part of the date and time separately and the window closes every time. It would be much smoother if there were an apply button.

Pros
I find the system simple to use and I like being able to customize it for my company's needs. The add-ons are a big plus since many other systems don't offer that kind of flexibility.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints and I'm actually looking forward to the updates the team is working on for the SMS section since that's important for me as a Safety Manager.

Pros
Certificate management and scheduling work smoothly and easy for me. Another feature is building training programs that also is easy and very helpful.
Cons
Sometimes I wish there were more features customized to Flight OPS, like having flight numbers directly available in the scheduling.

Really appreciated the strong support I received. Anytime I had a concern, the response came quickly and the online booking process felt smooth and efficient which made things easier.
Cons

“Feature-rich and responsive
Pros
I love how feature rich the software is and I notice that development is always ongoing. FlightLogger is responsive to client requests and does its best to keep improving and adding new features.
Cons
I really do wish there was a dedicated mobile app for iOS or Android. While the web version works offline, reconnecting feels clunky and I've often lost my flight comments when the page accidentally refreshes.
