“Automation and QR wins!!”
Pros
Automation has been really easy to use and the event registration through QR codes works especially well.
Cons
Something that gets in the way is having to create a fake account just to log in as a prospect. It would be much better to switch directly between administrator and user views.

“modern admissions workflow”
Pros
Brings a fresh, organized approach to higher education admissions and works really well for both staff and students. It's a strong tool for assessments, attendance and tracking and things like customizable templates, forms and reports make it very flexible. Overall the usability and versatility make it a valuable platform for improving and automating the admissions process. The pricing starts at $263 per month and it also offers a trial plus a free membership option.
Cons
At the beginning it takes some time to get used to since the platform includes a lot of features to get familiar with. That said once you spend some time with it and understand how everything works it becomes clear that the initial effort is absolutely worth it.

“great customization and strong support”
Pros
On the staff side the platform is very user friendly and the ability to customize the schema and profile setup is a big plus. Working with the account manager has also been a positive part of the experience.
Cons
Development tends to take a long time and the experience function does not offer much flexibility.

“recruitment visibility that delivers!”
Pros
Keeping track of a class's recruitment status is really easy and being able to add notes to each profile is a big plus. It helps the whole team stay updated on every applicant. The platform was especially valuable when two team members were on maternity leave at the same time and we needed to recruit new colleagues. It also brings together events and email campaign tools which helps us nurture leads effectively.
Cons
I do wish the content management in the student portal felt more flexible.

“Evaluations found in one place”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and it gives you a clear overall picture of what's going on. Being able to handle admissions and assess candidates including both general and academic evaluations within the same program is a big advantage.
Cons
A few of the reports we need for legislative requirements have been somewhat difficult to pull from the system but with help from thei team we've always managed to get what we needed.

“helpful for scholarship selection”
Pros
Using the system has been fairly easy and it handles the selection process effectively. It works well both for applicants and for those managing the scholarship program making the overall process simple to figure out.
Cons
At times the functions feels a bit limited when it comes to reporting and tracking particularly during the assessment stage.

“flexible platform with responsive help”
Pros
One of the best parts about it is how flexible and customizable it is. We work closely with their team to make sure the platform fits our workflows and specific needs. They also roll out new features on a regular basis which keeps improving the software's overall functions. On top of that customer support is usually very quick to respond.
Cons
There's still some room to improve especially when it comes to managing the academic calendar. That said I trust their team and it sounds like a new and better version of the calendar will be released soon.

“ALL in one admissions experience”
Pros
Having everything in one platform is the part I appreciate most and from the candidate's side it's very easy to use! The admissions team can instantly see each candidate's file, current status and most recent activity without having to dig around. Another big plus is that the platform can be customized to match the Business School's branding so candidates get the impression they are already interacting within the school's own campus environment. Other than that the segmentation features make email campaigns much more targeted and effective :)
Cons
Analytics and reporting are still not strong enough at this point although I understand that this is something they are currently improving. Now that the admissions package is already very mature it would be extremely valuable to have monthly analytical reporting that also allows comparisons across different academic years.

“Reliable candidate filtering”
Pros
Being able to sort candidates by the program they're applying to and by where they are in the admissions process is really useful.
Cons
We haven't been able to use the platform to its full potential but that came from our side when we didn't request all the admissions process steps to be set up.
