I really appreciate that I have the option to withdraw unused codes. It's a small but useful feature that helps keep things organized.
Cons
As an end user, I noticed that the Access Developers seem to approach things more like database experts. For example, having two separate search areas, "Community" and "Search," to find users is a bit confusing. I have to check both when looking for a client, which feels unnecessary. The whole process has become more tedious. Before, I could easily download a spreadsheet of client strengths with just a few clicks, but now it takes a lot of memory recall, navigation and multiple clicks.
