Pros

I like the fact that I have the option to draw back unused codes.

Cons

As an end user, I found that the Access Developers seemed to think more like database experts. For instance, having two separate search areas for finding users in "Community" and "Search" is confusing. I have to check both when looking for a client. Why is that necessary? The process has become tedious. Previously, I could download a spreadsheet of client strengths with just a few clicks. Now, it requires a lot of memory recall, navigation, and multiple clicks.
