“Works well as a training system”
Pros
I can really see this working perfectly as a training system. The different difficulty tiers are perfect as it allows me to onboard complete beginners and still challenge our advanced users all within the same program. And from my perspective as an admin the ease of adding new learners is a huge plus. I can get someone set up and started on their path in just a couple of minutes which removes a major bottleneck. It feels like a system designed for growth both for the learner and for our team.
Cons
The free plan gives us a good idea of the platforms potential but it's limiting to only have access to five video sessions. I think offering around ten would make the trial much more useful and give a better sense of what's possible.

“Really easy setup with excellent support”
Pros
Getting everything set up was really easy and the help we got from the support team was excellent. Plus we discovered lots of features to help us build an engaging base for all our training programs.
Cons
We'd really appreciate having more customization options for branding so we could customize the look of the platform with our company's colors and logo before introducing it to the whole team.

It is simple to use and comes with really useful ready-made courses for Microsoft Office. Even distributing user licenses and assigning those courses to people is a hassle-free process.
Cons
I think it would be helpful to have a clearer view of what users are up to. Right now tracking exactly when they log in or what courses they have been working on is not very easy.

What works for us is how user friendly it is along with courses that actually relate to our work. Plus being able to tweak and personalize the material inside the courses is a big plus.
Cons
While the current course selection is good I wish there was a broader range available. As some other platforms simply offer more variety in their content libraries.

Pros
From an admin perspective uploading our own content was simple, generating custom reports felt easy too and giving employees access to courses could not have been easier. Also having the flexibility to reassign and share licenses between users also made it very budget-friendly. The ongoing support from the Go Skills team has been absolutely fantastic too.
Cons
It would be great if it could connect with our other HR software and we'd like access to more advanced-level courses. Other than that we don't have any problems to mention right now.

The licensing system offers really useful flexibility. Also there is a well-organized library of material that actually matches what our team needs to learn. And because it is so easy to use we find ourselves on the platform much more often. Everything from setup to daily use and linking with other tools is smooth. Our representative gives us top-notch service. Overall this platform truly hit the mark for us as it is packed with useful features and offers incredible value.
Cons
All the lesson topics need to be ready in Spanish. I have heard that change is coming which is good. Also having a special phone app would be a nice extra thing.

GoSkills interface is well-designed and user friendly. I also really like how they have laid out all the different sections and information fields as it just makes everything easy to work with.
Cons
Creating quizzes and exams can be tricky sometimes. Plus I think adding a feature to upload questions and answers in bulk from a spreadsheet would make the process much smoother.

It is simple enough for staff who are not very comfortable with computers. Setting it up was also simple and rolling it out to the team was an easy process.
Cons

Cons

It was amazingly easy to navigate and I loved that every lesson was just a small, manageable chunk. Starting a lesson never felt overwhelming because it was only about ten minutes long. The instructor for my course was both entertaining and funny. Honestly this was better than some university classes I have taken!
Cons
Having to manually upload my certificate to LinkedIn was a bit of a hassle though I know thats due to how LinkedIn works not GoSkills. Other than tha I really do not have any complaints as it's been a great experience.

What I like is that GoSkills is super quick to get started with I mean within just a few minutes. I also like that you can learn a little each day. As a busy consultant, it is tough to block off whole days for training so fitting in short sessions works perfectly. Getting to process information between lessons helps me learn even better. Plus having exercise files and quizzes to reinforce everything is another big plus.
Cons
The platform itself works well but I am not a fan of courses where it's just someone talking without any slides or materials to follow along. That style feels a bit low-effort. I'd also prefer to receive downloadable copies of any presentations like a PDF handout similar to what you'd get in a traditional training session though I understand that might increase the cost.
