“Works well as a training system”
Pros
I can really see this working perfectly as a training system. The different difficulty tiers are perfect as it allows me to onboard complete beginners and still challenge our advanced users all within the same program. And from my perspective as an admin the ease of adding new learners is a huge plus. I can get someone set up and started on their path in just a couple of minutes which removes a major bottleneck. It feels like a system designed for growth both for the learner and for our team.
Cons
The free plan gives us a good idea of the platforms potential but it's limiting to only have access to five video sessions. I think offering around ten would make the trial much more useful and give a better sense of what's possible.

Pros
The best part is how easy it makes learning. The courses are thorough and the quality of the material is much better than any other free learning app I have tried.
Cons
I'd prefer a more dynamic and engaging user interface. Plus having several smaller checkpoints or assessments throughout a course instead of just one big final test would work better for me.

Pros
It is simple enough for staff who are not very comfortable with computers. Setting it up was also simple and rolling it out to the team was an easy process.
Cons
We have not run into anything negative about the program itself. The only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful to include more foundational courses on basic computer skills.
