“refund promise turned nightmare
Pros
At the start the support team was very helpful, showed what felt like strong customer service and made a lot of promises. They specifically encouraged buying the 1 year subscription by clearly mentioning a '7 Day No Questions Asked REFUND.'
Cons
After that it turned into a terrible customer experience for more than 25 days. I dealt with false hope, delay tactics, excuses just to buy time, misleading statements and then complete ghosting. They also started calling it a new request even though we had clearly explained our requirement during the trial period and they had already acknowledged it but now they are claiming it only came up after the trial.

“Trouble free LMS companion
Pros
After two years with this software running my LMS has felt pretty effortless. The interface is simple to work with and the support team stays proactive which lets me focus on growing my business instead of dealing with platform issues. Compared with other options I've tried this feels more user friendly and has a much more responsive team behind it. I'm really looking forward to seeing more features added over time. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants stress free LMS management.
Cons
There could be more landing page options and I'd also like to see more frequent updates to the UI design.

“Dependable LMS
Pros
After using its LMS for the past few years I've been really pleased with the technology it offers and the regular updates they keep rolling out. The support team is where they truly stand apart and whenever any issue comes up it gets picked up quickly and resolved without much delay. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone searching for a dependable LMS!
Cons
It would be even better if they added a few more features to improve convenience for learners.

“no help, just frustration
Pros
The interface is the only part that felt decent. Beyond that there's really nothing that justifies the amount charged.
Cons
Customer support has been completely absent. I've been emailing them every single day about my issue and instead of getting a response a new ticket number gets created each time. There has been no reply from their side at all and the whole experience feels ridiculous.

“poor service after payment
Pros
Platform itself seems decent but using it on my own has been extremely difficult. The experience has been frustrating because nobody answers calls or offers any real support. After onboarding there is no proper point of contact and no meaningful help is provided.
Cons
Even though the platform looks good it is very hard to manage by myself. The whole experience has been pathetic since no one picks up calls or provides support. Once onboarding is done there is no touchpoint no assistance and after payment is completed and all the content is uploaded to their platform they seem to leave you stranded without any help.

“loving the switch to this one!
Pros
After using Teachable on a monthly plan and finding the courses pretty expensive moving to this system felt like the right decision! I have no plans to go back at this point because I genuinely love this LMS.
Cons
Something it still lacks is social proof from both angles since there's no option to upload PDFs and users also can't leave comments under the videos.

“good mobile course creation
Pros
Putting a course together was quite simple even without knowing much coding. Their team has done a solid job and the mobile app with its features lets me build a course right from my smartphone.

The web builder and the language management system still need improvement. It would also help to add more payment provider options.

“shady promises
Pros
At a basic level the platform still functions most of the time. That said ever since they openly said they had "built a new product based on Spayee" the performance and overall responsiveness have clearly declined. From the way things are going I only expect that slide to continue for the reasons mentioned below.
Cons
Here's the real problem: Graphy acquired Spayee and then failed to honor the promises made to existing users especially those with paid Spayee subscriptions. It felt like the people in charge decided LTD users were no longer worth keeping unless they could squeeze more money out of them. The constant pushing toward their "revenue sharing" model (where they take 10% of your sales) was way too much. Handing over ten percent of my business to an LMS platform is simply not acceptable. The final breaking point was the email they sent last week announcing that Spayee would no longer be developed or supported. They also added "Your existing product will continue to work as is and we don't have any plans to discontinue that in near future." That does not inspire confidence at all and I fully expect that "not near future" could mean just a few months. Overall trusting a company with business practices like this to handle part of your business is your decision but absolutely not mine. The smarter move is to avoid it and choose a provider that shows basic honesty and decency.

“constant pricing changes
Pros
At first glance the platform offers a strong set of features but they keep shifting their pricing structure, treat early adopters badly after those users already spent hundreds of dollars and never seem able to settle on which email address support requests should be sent to because it keeps changing every month.
Cons
Their team and the staff were the worst part. They came across as dishonest and completely untrustworthy.

“flexible course builder options
Pros
Putting courses together felt very flexible. There are plenty of choices when it comes to the kind of course you want to create whether you're working with text, video or other content types. It also supports multiple upload formats which makes it convenient to organize content the way you want.
Cons
One limitation right now is the website builder only comes with four themes. You can still customize the pages to match your brand look but the small number of theme options can feel restrictive if you're hoping for something more unique than a standard course site.

“solid protection
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the content protection it provides which helps keep videos and even PDFs secure. It also lets me set country specific pricing for the same product at the same time and that's genuinely useful.
Cons
The UI still feels dated and far from modern. They've been talking about improving it ever since the acquisition last year and while a lot of updates were promised nothing meaningful seems to have happened on the interface side yet. Another frustrating change after the acquisition is the restriction on the number of learners allowed in the pricing plan. In the LMS space unlimited students is pretty much the norm so putting a cap on it feels unreasonable. Also while country specific pricing is available there's no proper way for me to verify whether pricing for countries other than my own is actually showing correctly since the page always loads based on my VPN location. I reached out to support and their suggestion was simply to switch VPNs and check manually which honestly doesn't feel like a real solution.

“clean course selling platform
Pros
Right from the start it has looked polished and feels very simple to use. Compared with trying to build everything yourself on WordPress it's an obvious choice. I'm still in the testing phase but it already gives me the confidence to start creating and selling courses online. Hopefully the platform keeps growing while staying this easy.
Cons
The only tiny thing is that I actually liked the old "Spayee" name more than the current one but that's not a big deal :)

“amazing course platform
Pros
After trying quite a few LMS platforms this has easily been one of the most accurate and impressive ones I've used. Creating and publishing courses feels really polished and the landing page designs look beautiful. If someone is searching for an LMS this is definitely one worth considering!
Cons
I can't integrate my own streaming service into the platform and thats something I'm not happy about. The absence of RTMP support is a pretty big downside for me.

“feature packed and full of potential
Pros
One of the best things about it is how generous the limits are especially with unlimited courses and students. The documentation is excellent and having a public roadmap is a big plus. It also comes with SCORM, SSO, webhooks, API access and plenty of native integrations along with support for major integration platforms like Zapier and Pabbly. There's honestly a lot to appreciate here.
Cons
Something that feels a bit limiting is how heavily it seems oriented toward the Indian market. The localization settings are centered around Indian states and provinces with basically a single option for the rest of the world. That comes across as a little narrow and I'd really like to see the team invest more in making the platform feel truly global. Also at the time of writing native video hosting still isn't available although YouTube and Vimeo are fully supported.
