“refund promise turned nightmare

At the start the support team was very helpful, showed what felt like strong customer service and made a lot of promises. They specifically encouraged buying the 1 year subscription by clearly mentioning a '7 Day No Questions Asked REFUND.'
Cons
After that it turned into a terrible customer experience for more than 25 days. I dealt with false hope, delay tactics, excuses just to buy time, misleading statements and then complete ghosting. They also started calling it a new request even though we had clearly explained our requirement during the trial period and they had already acknowledged it but now they are claiming it only came up after the trial.

From start to finish the whole process felt very smooth and easy. Everything was simple to work through and didn't take much effort at all :)
Cons
Pricing felt a bit on the higher side although with the discount it still seemed reasonable overall.

“no help, just frustration
Pros
The interface is the only part that felt decent. Beyond that there's really nothing that justifies the amount charged.
Cons
Customer support has been completely absent. I've been emailing them every single day about my issue and instead of getting a response a new ticket number gets created each time. There has been no reply from their side at all and the whole experience feels ridiculous.
