Pros

The Grovo platform makes it simple to develop training programs that include visual aids such as pictures and GIFs. It also enables effortless tracking of course completion. Thanks to this my peers and I have been able to continue learning without sacrificing our worklife balance. It has been particularly helpful for training managers who no longer need to do live training if it's not required.

Cons

One major issue is that course takers are not able to leave feedback on the training which hinders the courses from improving efficiently. I believe feedback should be allowed and anonymous options should also be available to facilitate this improvement process.

Pros

I found Grovo easy to use as both an administrator and a learner. Its organization made it easy to locate content and assigning content with due dates was simple. I appreciated the feature of adding cover pages to our created videos and lessons for branding purposes. The platform enabled us to create a useful library of content for our users and sharing content with colleagues was also straightforward.

Cons

The video upload process is too slow for my needs in my fastpaced industry. Sometimes I have to start over if there's an error in the upload process. Moreover it's not scalable for our organization and our plans to create learning universities for each of our business areas.

I appreciate the format of Grovo which starts with the content videoslidestext followed by questions to test your knowledge. I also like the ability to customize learning materials for our organization and the option to group lessons into tracks for easy access. Additionally the feature that allows managers to assign lessons and tracks to employees is excellent.

Cons

The search feature in Grovo is not comprehensive enough as it cannot locate your search term in all the lessontrack names. This means that some lessons with your search term in the title may not show up. For instance when I search for Slide not all the relevant lessons are displayed. Therefore when I have a specific lesson in mind but cannot recall the exact title I have to try different keywords until I find it.

Pros

Grovo has simplified our induction process tremendously. Where we used to repeatedly go over the same PowerPoint presentations with each batch of new hires, we now just upload it to Grovo, and it's taken care of. I also really appreciate how straightforward it is to navigate.

They seek our input to consider it from a coding perspective, and the client success managers go above and beyond, truly becoming an extension of your L&D team. Additionally, the video content is relevant, concise, and effective. I've received excellent feedback about it. The platform is intuitive both for users and for behind-the-scenes administration. It couldn't be more straightforward!

There are a few aspects of the platform I would change, especially the search feature, which doesn't work for internally designed content, only the vendor-created content.

Currently, I manage our school's dashboard and appreciate that Grovo allows pre-testing before learning the content. Each learner brings their own background knowledge, so the system tailors the content based on responses, ensuring users only view what they need. It's great to see a company differentiating like we educators are expected to.

With Grovo, I can create training in virtually any format, and it continually trains new hires while I focus on other tasks. Grovo is easy to use and includes helpful reporting tools. I don't need to micromanage my employees; I just set the due date, and a weekly email updates me on everyone's progress!

One feature Grovo lacks compared to other products is an award-based system that allows users to earn badges and pendants. While not essential, people enjoy seeing their achievements and working towards goals. Grovo doesn't offer a strong incentive-based learning approach.

I initially found Grovo while searching for soft skills training to upload to our LMS at the time. After demoing Grovo's platform and checking out their content library, I quickly preferred Grovo's interface over our other LMS.

During the purchasing process, the salesperson was a bit insistent on closing the deal before the end of the month. However, he never became overly pushy, and I was ultimately happy with the purchase, as it allowed my team to start learning immediately.

The Grovo team appears to work well together. In my experience, sales and tech teams are closely coordinated. Grovo's platform is the most intuitive LMS I've had the pleasure of working with.
