“Outstanding support with third-party integration
Pros
My experience with their customer service has been outstanding, they even organize a quarterly Customer Council meeting. It's feasible for both our admin team and staff to use and navigate. The support and training they provided during the implementation were excellent and finished on schedule. Their integration with third-party training providers let us expand the training options available to our people. It's very simple for us to onboard new hires and guide them through the induction. All training, whether conducted inside the platform, on-the-job, or externally, is recorded in one central place. The pricing is also competitive.
Cons
Minor complaints remain like reporting tools need updates because I often run multiple reports to get all the data I need. I wish for more admin permissions for employee management and I also feel limited without a mobile app.

“clean dashboard, responsive support team
Pros
One thing I appreciate is the clean, feasible dashboard layout and how easy it is to set up, assign and monitor tasks. Their customer support is fantastic, always quick to respond whenever I have a question or hit a snag. The team behind this tool actually listens to users and has rolled out several features you'd normally only find in pricier platforms.
Cons
Having worked with large corporate platforms I'm accustomed to more advanced capabilities from higher-priced software. That said I recognize this tool still delivers the core functions a bigger organization would require.

“best customer service, they listen

Customer service is simply the best, I've never experienced such quick responses to our questions. Whenever we suggest ways to improve the product, they actually pay attention. I couldn't begin to count how many of my suggestions have shown up in the product today. They clearly enjoy hearing from users and are always open to learning from us.
Cons
When it comes to reporting I find the tools clunky and building custom reports is pretty difficult. There's a steep learning curve for that part of the software. I'd love if some of the built-in reports could be copied so we could tweak them to match our needs more closely. Even so, the team is happy to help you build custom reports when needed.

it is incredibly feasible to get started, in just a couple of minutes I can upload an entire class roster or run one of the built-in reports.
Cons
As an administrator I keep having to exit an employee's record whenever I want to open a different page inside that same record and that extra step slows me down.

I've found the support team to be the standout part of using this LMS for our company. From day one it felt like a great, well-built product with the key capabilities needed to design an effective employee training program and to make tracking and monitoring feasible. The features cover everything we require for course creation, progress checks and compliance tracking. On top of that, the support crew is incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns which has been a definite plus for us.
Cons
this has been an extremely useful solution, a great product overall with no real drawbacks to mention. It meets our needs well and we haven't found anything worth criticizing.

We've definitely boosted our organization's capacity to train staff effortlessly and the platform is so simple that even the least tech-confident team members can get the most out of this LMS. Because the system is fully cloud-based, remote e-learning and assessments are supported which further simplifies things and improves the overall experience for our employees on a daily basis!

From my experience, this tool clearly reflects thoughtful improvements that tackle real issues and genuinely add value for both trainers and the end customer. I notice that nearly every feature is useful and engaging whether I'm operating as a student, a learner, or managing things as an administrator and the admin experience they provide is simply outstanding. On top of that, their customer service impresses me with its speed, friendliness and practical effectiveness, the support team shows great technical knowledge that actually helps resolve problems quickly.
Cons
I sometimes find it a little tricky to navigate and open published materials so accessing some content can be confusing at times. The rest of the platform, however, looks good and functions as expected.

For me the software is incredibly easy to navigate, stores all our data centrally in one place and includes a fantastic reporting and tracking capability that lets me quickly pull up clear, well-sorted summaries and insights whenever I need them.
Cons

“Simple IDP tracking for everyone
Pros
I find it really feasible for end users. In the Individual Development Plan (IDP) all assignments are visible so I can view every task I have and their due dates. One major reason our company chose this Aim tool was to give people a simple, user-friendly experience and I agree that it makes access and tracking of assignments uncomplicated for anyone using it.
Cons
I've run into several frustrations with how parts of the system behave. For instance, when a skill is tied to an Organization or a job and set to expire every two years and I decide it should expire every three years, I have to remove the assignment from the ORG and/or job, save the change, update the expiration to three years and then reassign it across the board. Similar awkward workflows show up elsewhere in the platform. I also altered the default to display 100 lines per page instead of 50 but that setting only applies to newly added team members. Existing staff still see just 50 lines so I currently need to go through and manually update the profiles of over 700 people to ensure they see 100 lines per page. This is a time-consuming, error-prone task that wastes my time and creates administrative overhead.
