“User friendly, smooth integration setup”

Pros

The tool felt very user friendly and flexible for me. Integration wasn't complicated, just a few LMS and employee reports were enough to get everything running smoothly and all processes were managed effectively by my team.

Cons

The trickiest part of implementation for me was mapping LMS fields correctly. Thankfully, Iformalia had a well structured project management process that really made integration much easier.

Pros

I've been working with this tool for many years across different companies and it has become an essential service for handling subsidized or company training programs. The platform makes the whole process so much easier and their team is always there to help whenever I need support.

Cons

Interface could be better visually but once I got used to it, I adapted quickly. Functionally, I haven't found many disadvantages.
