Its been a really positive experience. It brings together AI/ML-powered competency building, automated skill gap analysis and training need analysis in a way that feels practical and well thought out. The course recommendations are advanced and personalized which makes learning more relevant for each individual. It also supports individual development plans, succession planning, career pathways, resource planning and competency and skill-based learning so it covers a lot in one platform.
Cons
All of the features have been useful and I haven't run into any issues with the platform.
