“Simple and always improving
Pros
The platform is simple to use and very user friendly for end-users. The best thing is that Kallidus is always rolling out new features and their support service is very reliable too.
Cons
Some of the backend functions feel a bit complex.

“well-supported system
Pros
You get plenty of helpful documents and guides, plus a dedicated support team for more complex issues. The LMS scales well from small organizations to those with thousands of users, providing structure for managing mandatory training and allowing us to enforce completion rules. Plus the recently launched Power BI integration also enables powerful reporting.
Cons
Since it is a cloud-based system, the interface or features sometimes change based on feedback from other clients. So if you preferred the old way of doing things, you just have to adapt because it is not a custom-built solution.

“The best team!!
Pros
The team behind the platform is simply the best as they are incredibly helpful and constantly working on improvements. The reporting features have also been greatly enhanced and are now very effective.
Cons
One of the biggest limitation for us is not being able to create learning pathways but I hear that feature is coming soon. The thumbnail image upload can also be a bit slow at times.

“perfect for cpd requirements
Pros
this software's courses offer valuable insights for my Continuing Professional Development (CPD). The platform also makes it simple to see which courses I need to complete and their deadlines.
Cons
the platform sends out a lot of emails and I wish that could be toned down. It is also sometimes difficult to find additional, non-essential courses.

“Kallidus Learn - A great user experience
Pros
The platform is easy for learners to use, with navigation simple even for those with limited technical skills.
Cons
The back end could be more intuitive, but its still superior to other LMS platforms I have used.

“Ease of user for users but not the best admin experience
Pros
I value the ease of use for our end users. The streamlined dashboard functionality represents a notable enhancement over our previous system, which lacked reliability.
Cons
The administrative side is somewhat cumbersome. Even our old system allowed for easier SCORM file uploads, and managing languages is quite resource-intensive. Reporting isn't the most straightforward either, so I look forward to improvements in these areas.

“Kallidus LMS
Pros
As an admin and end user, I find it easy to navigate. The administrative features for classroom systems, including scheduling, tracking, and email notifications, seamlessly sync with Outlook. It offers a robust reporting tool with a wide range of reports and a dependable platform with excellent uptime. The customer and system assistance are highly engaged and individualized.
Cons
There's little to criticize. The system performs its intended functions well without overpromising. It is robust, functional, and dependable.

“Couldn't recommend highly enough
Pros
The setup was quite complex, which is understandable given the scope of the task. Customer support team was incredibly helpful throughout the process, going above and beyond.
Cons
It was occasionally clunky, but considering its complexity and numerous features, that's understandable.

“Compliance course
Pros
It was easy to identify available courses and navigate through them.
Cons
The course content needs improvement, especially regarding advising an employee to resign to avoid disciplinary action. This practice could lead to unfair dismissal claims in the UK and isn't the message we want to convey to our staff.

“Kallidus Learn
Pros
Capable of uploading eLearning modules to thousands of colleagues at once. The "My Team" function is very intuitive for managers, and the front end is appealing and straightforward for colleagues to understand.
Cons
The entire system crashes when too many people try to access a module simultaneously. The reporting function doesn't always work well and can be difficult for managers to comprehend.

“Review of Kallidus Learn (from an admin perspective)
Pros
The simplicity is a major plus. It has a modern design, allowing colleagues to use the site without needing a guide or training.
Cons
From an admin perspective, changes occur without our awareness. While these issues are usually minor and resolved after discussing them with the support team, it's a hassle to keep reaching out to them.

“Great Product for basic L&D needs
Pros
It is very easy to register for workshops and complete eLearning. Users can clearly see which training is compulsory and how much they have left to complete, while managers can view this information for their direct reports.
Cons
The back end can be a bit tricky, requiring several steps to upload content or events.
