“Allows us to create our own content and reports!
Pros
What's really powerful is that we can build our own training content from scratch and then create custom reports in Power BI to see exactly how it's performing. Plus, the ability to set up our own custom data fields gives us total control over how we track information
Cons
Finding specific settings in the Admin panel can be tricky and we cannot edit a course's content after it's been published.

Pros
Our employees really like the platform especially the short, optional micro-courses. They find the whole experience very user-friendly
Cons
Not all of the courses include an ebook, though that might be specific to our package. Those ebooks are really useful for sharing key learnings with colleagues afterward.

It is easy to use, provides great value and has an attractive, interactive interface with clever courses available in many languages for a diverse audience.
Cons
Uploading historical data was a bit challenging but the support team was very helpful. Other than that I do not have any complaints about the system.

Cons

I do all my learning through the Kallidus platform, and it's been a huge help in my development. The interface is great, super easy to use and I love how simple it is to see what I've completed and what's available next.
Cons
There is nothing I would change to be honest, the platform is easy to use and user friendly, so I do not have any suggestions for improvement right now.

Pros
It is very accessible with a great course selection and customization options. Plus the clear tracking of compliance and completion simplifies reporting and ensures a wide range of learning topics are covered.
Cons
Well it would be great to see more IT or hands-on courses. Also automatic email reports with completion rates sent directly to line managers would also be a helpful feature.

Pros
The layout and navigation are user friendly and pretty simple. Also setting up lessons and courses and assigning them to groups or individuals is a simple process.
Cons
Honestly there is very little to complain about. The only small issue is that you can sometimes mark a course as complete just by opening it, without actually reviewing the content. So I feel like having more control over the completion settings would be a welcome improvement.

Pros
Learners find the platform simple to navigate and managers get great visibility into progress. I also really like how the learning and performance modules are integrated as they naturally belong together.
Cons
The terminology it uses is different from what we are used to, so it can take a while to figure out how to accomplish certain tasks even when we know the feature exists.

It is simple, looks great and is very easy to use. We can find what we need without clicking through endless steps. Uploading content, creating catalogs, tracking progress and running reports are all simple and the customer support team is always helpful.
Cons
I'll be honest, getting an accreditation configured can be tricky the first time. But once you're over that initial hurdle, the automation takes over and seamlessly handles all the mandatory training, which absolutely guarantees our compliance

“implementation was easy
Pros
Implementation was easy and the support team was also great. Even the HRIS system is user-friendly but feels a bit too much and I feel would benefit from AI integration.
Cons
It is disappointing that the Recruit and HRIS modules do not connect smoothly. The reporting is also quite limited. We were sold on an integrated platform but the reality feels like several separate products that do not work together well.

Pros
The entire system and its support perfectly matched our needs. The support from setup through to ongoing use is excellent and the high-quality courses meet a broad spectrum of our employees requirements.
Cons
Though the initial training was very thorough but also overwhelming as it covered a lot before we even had system access. So we are still learning to use it to its full potential and it's taking time. I am a bit concerned we might not be configuring it correctly for long-term success.

Well the end-user experience is great, with good CPD and compliance tracking, solid reporting and visibility and excellent support documents and team access.
Cons
We cannot customize the visuals on the homepage and setting up emails and notifications is not as simple as it should be.

Kallidus is simple to see where you and your team stand with e-learning. The courses are very simple too and it is great that we can recertify using knowledge-based questions instead of retaking the entire course.
Cons
I would like to see more support for specific competency checks within the e-learning. While the checks exist, the process is not as simple as I expected.

Both the learner interface and the admin tools are easy to navigate. Also the pre-built content is very well-written and presented and the support team from Kallidus is excellent with fast response times for our tickets.
Cons
A calendar view for our instructor-led sessions would be really helpful. As for now enrollment is low because people have to actively search for these courses.
