“Kallidus learn
Pros
The platform is intuitive and makes navigation easy for users.
Cons
Reports are often inaccurate, and creating courses is a lengthy process. Fixed accreditations do not function correctly as they only show when a user completes the course for the first time.

“It could probably do an awful lot more
Pros
I am happy with the layout and appearance, it feels straightforward to navigate unless you're handling admin tasks. Adding new courses is relatively simple, and I like the course logo library, though a search option would be helpful. The separate Kallidus Zendesk helpdesk is efficient, and responses are usually prompt.
Cons
Sometimes, it's quite rigid. We have many ideas to improve the experience for end users, but after submitting suggestions, little happens or it takes ages to see changes. It's not always intuitive, like changing a password is awkward and only works for those with a company email in the system. It also lacks information for the user; for instance, I can't see when I completed the Data Protection course on my account. The level of detail you can add to a course is limited. Reporting is tough, possibly due to a lack of initial support when we requested more training. If you set everything up perfectly from the start, it's fine, but changing things later is challenging.

“Learn Review
Pros
The software is modern, vibrant, and continuously developed based on customer use. Its self-explanatory for learners, and our organization loves it.
Cons
There's nothing we dislike. Being an administrator can present challenges, but Kallidus has been excellent during implementation, and the initial training we received was fantastic!

“Easy for users, but restrictive
Pros
From a user's perspective, this software is simple to navigate. It's straightforward and has limited customization options, allowing users to find what they need quickly.
Cons
The inflexibility can be challenging and sometimes conflicts with how we want to develop the system for our internal purposes. I know that Kallidus is currently dedicating a lot of time and resources to improving these areas over the next year.

“Easy to use compared to other LMS's
Pros
The user interface is very well-designed and personalized. The Admin console is efficient.
Cons
Creating a new course is time-consuming: first, you have to create the parent course, then a lesson, and finally an event to publish the course to users. I can't find a way to create an ad-hoc course. Sometimes we need to conduct at-desk training, and it would be great to have a quick way to capture this as a training event, with the option to send the event to the user as a calendar appointment before their training session or record the training after it occurs. In my previous LMS, we could do this by creating a course called "Ad-Hoc" and then creating events against it, changing the title and timings as needed, and suppressing the confirmation emails if required. It would be great if Kallidus LMS could add similar functionality.

“Kallidus Learn
Pros
The reporting capability is very useful. I find the reporting function similar to Microsoft Excel, with our system's information ready to use and modify to meet our users' needs.
Cons
It can take some time to understand the system's architecture and how it all works together, but for simple, standard usage, it meets all expectations.
