“Kallidus as a working tool
Pros
The system includes most of what I need.
Cons
I find it quite glitchy. For instance, the page often refreshes automatically when entering information, forcing you to repeat the process.

“Kallidus Learn - Easy to use and Easy on the eye
Pros
Learn's aesthetic is simple yet engaging for the user. Minimal user training is required because the system is intuitive. From an administrative side, it's easy to set up training, and the training provided by Kallidus is comprehensive. The trainer is accommodating and adjusts the training to our needs.
Cons
Overall, it's a great system, but there are a few issues, like the emails sent out by the system. It can be difficult to find where to stop these emails as they're in multiple places in the admin tool. Once you know, it's not a big problem, but you might need help from their customer support to figure it out.

“Kallidus Learn has increased staff learning engagement
Pros
The simplicity of the dashboard allows staff new to LMS learning to navigate easily. As an administrator with limited IT skills, uploading e-learning courses, PDF articles, training videos, and creating course booking events is simple. Staff can record and update externally accrued CPD hours, while internal hours are automatically recorded. For compliance and other mandatory training, managers can view team training records and send reminders if deadlines are missed.
Cons
Creating reports is not as straightforward and could use a 'dummies' guide. The dashboard does not provide information about upcoming course dates if someone is looking to plan their schedule ahead.

Pros
The system is clear and easy to use for the end user, making training quick and accessible for everyone.
Cons
The back end of the system takes some getting used to because there's a lot to remember, but like anything new, it requires a bit of adjustment.

“Review of Kallidus Suite
Pros
I enjoy the overall feel of the new Kallidus suite, especially the search feature. I also find the impersonate function very useful for seeing what colleagues see.
Cons
I dislike that you can't rename lesson titles while creating the course. The overall appearance and feel of the back end are quite cumbersome and could be much more user-friendly. During platform migration, many courses didn't work correctly just because they weren't set to open in a new window, and sometimes opening in a new window caused tracking issues.

“HR manager
Pros
I liked the front-end view of the site. It is easy for colleagues to see what learning they need to complete and to navigate to the training. The platform is simple enough for colleagues who are less computer-literate to book courses and lessons.
Cons
I found it challenging to run reports using the reports feature. We needed a feature that allows managers to easily verify face-to-face training. I wanted to add descriptions of classroom training into the tiles rather than at the top of the course page.

“Thumbs up for Kallidus Learn!
Pros
A clean, straightforward site that requires no explanation for the user. The search function is significantly improved compared to the Classic site.
Cons
Although it's a really great site, a few enhancements like news/banners on the front page and the ability to let other users see training history for audit purposes would greatly improve the user experience.
