A great LMS solution!

Pros

The rep and team were wonderful to work with and very attentive to questions. The design team was quick to turn around designs and changes. They could push their interactivity further and accomplish what we had asked. We created a great training solution using Knowledge Anywhere with a user-friendly, comprehensive experience. The team is very reactive and quick to turn around changes. Overall great experience to build out this tool in a quick time frame.

Cons

The user interface can be made more intuitive and robust. Even though customer support does answer all queries, an easier operating system would be much better

Knowledge Anywhere is more than just a Software.

Pros

From a user perspective, Knowledge Anywhere is one of the best LMS I have worked with. Its a five-star across the board. Moreover, its customer support is amazing; they respond quickly and are very helpful with queries.

Cons

The software can improve its internal communication issues. If crowded, the system starts lagging, creating problems for users. Also, the interface, even though intuitive, can be made more user-friendly.

LMS has become a common language in our dispersed organization!

Pros

The Knowledge Anywhere staff support has been outstanding. As with any new software we bring into the organization, there are bound to be bugs and usability issues. KA has been extremely responsive to every bump in the road that we have encountered.

Cons

One thing that can be improved, though, is the updates. If the tool can get frequent updates, it stops it from slowing down. This way, the workflow can be optimized easily.

It is more than just software - it adds a team of experts to your staff!

Pros

What I like most is less about the software and more about the culture and adaptability of Knowledge Anywhere. They helped us with the architecture of our Learning Management System from Day 1 almost 10 years ago and have always been more integral as part of our team. This family culture has always carried through in that we always work with the same people who know our product and understand our needs. We have needed new features and technology outside their normal scope of business, so they have made it happen! Customer support and communication are top-notch! I highly recommend working with Knowledge Anywhere and their first-class Learning Management software.

Cons

What I like least about the software has less to do with the product offered and more with our design. Because Knowledge Anywhere is built on our custom design every year, we painted ourselves in a corner with our product. We have been unable to adapt our software to take advantage of their latest technologies. Their strength has been our weakness.

Communication made Easier.

Pros

Our Novinium field employees work in remote teams and are spread out across North America. So, classroom training is rarely feasible. Finding a way to deliver key messages to our field employees consistently presented a challenge until we began working with Knowledge Anywhere. With Knowledge Anywhere’s LMS, we can provide high-quality content at a pace that works with our employees’ busy schedules – helping us realize our vision of innovation and learning.

Cons

Even though Knowledge anywhere has made communication easier for our company, the problems still need to be solved because the system sometimes needs to slow down. This way, messages can be delayed.

Excellent Customer Support.

Pros

I have found over the years that the Knowledge Anywhere team is proactive, supportive, and easy to work with. My account manager often suggests ways I can improve the learning experience for our companys associates, and in the rare case there is an issue, they are always responsive.

Cons

Knowledge Anywhere is a wonderful answer for our business, with the exception of a few small difficulties. I have seen changes in the most current update, which works great.

The LMS You have been looking for!

Pros

The LMS you have been looking for! After reviewing several solutions and companies, we settled on Knowledge Anywhere. Their service has been second to none. Every interaction has been professional, timely, and enjoyable. Implementing the LMS was smooth and efficient.

Cons

I do not find any disadvantages or cons yet. But one thing that can be worked on is the reporting function. The reports are slow, and that can be frustrating. Overall, Knowledge Anywhere is a great tool.

Pros

I can contact customer support quickly. They are kind and responsive. Also, they guide you through a problem, making it easy for you to understand the functions of the tool.

Cons

Although the software does not require many changes, there are occasionally some connectivity problems. If the vendor can resolve this, the software is functional.
