This software makes learning easy. Even if this is the first time youve created a learning platform.
Pros

The software is intuitive and easy to load courses into, very user-friendly. Pages are clean and uncluttered, and reporting is easy. Customer support is also very responsive and helpful whenever a query arises.

Cons

None that I can think of. But if the software can offer better updates, that would be great!

Knowledge Anywhere took me by Surprise.
Pros

I’ve worked with the team at Knowledge Anywhere for several years now and could not be more impressed and pleased with their product and support. We require a simple, rock-solid solution in performance that can be easily customized. Knowledge Anywhere delivers on all requirements! And, they are a true partner vs. just an LMS supplier. I can’t imagine working with any other LMS vendor and receiving the same level of service and partnership.

Cons

The software does not need a lot of improvements, but sometimes, there are certain connectivity issues. The software is good to go if the vendor can fix this.

Pros

The software product does what it claims and is progressing forward, improving itself and not standing still. The magic dust behind the software is the team at Knowledge Anywhere as its the people who make this level of the product happen.

Cons

One of the main disadvantages of the tool is its slow reporting capabilities. Workflow is disturbed due to this. The vendor should take a look at this issue. Moreover, the product can be made more budget-friendly as well because sometimes it can be heavy on the pocket.

The best implementation and a valuable product.
Pros

They know what they are doing and how to get it done. They interviewed us, and then all we did was provide what they asked for. They set up a timeline and helped us stick to it. They made me look good. The smoothest project I have ever managed. On-time and budget-friendly.

Cons

Need help to think of any. The tool runs quite smoothly. Consider Knowledge Anywhere because they know what they are doing and will help you put the project together.

Great Features and Intuitive Design.
Pros

It is a great product for use in training employees. Easy to make the courses and see what employees have completed. The user interface is great!

Cons

I hope that the implementation process of the software is made easier. Setting up requires a lot of time, leading to slower work processing. Otherwise, the software is great!

Pros

Knowledge Anywhere is very easy to use both in the back end and the end user platform. Changes can be made almost instantly, and the support team is always available to help.

I have been working with Knowledge Anywhere since 2007 and have enjoyed excellent service.
Pros

Ease of use, intuitive, flexible. Our materials look great in all formats. The administrative functions are very comprehensive and easy to use, providing useful data for reviews and incentives.

Cons

The LMS quality can be tweaked so that users can benefit more from it. Moreover, many users have complained about the reporting module. It is one of the most reviewed features of the software; once fixed, the tool can really be the best in the market.

A Completely Reliable Tool.
Pros

Much like our restaurants, we needed a learning management system that would be available 24/7 so that everyone—from our cooks to our restaurant managers—could access it any time they needed to. Knowledge Anywhere stepped up to the plate to create and deliver an extremely reliable and easy-to-use eLearning platform to meet this need. We’ve had over 3 million lessons completed through Knowledge Anywhere’s system, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the reliability.

Cons

Many clicks and actions are involved in creating assessments, which can be laborious. The process can be simpler and more user-friendly.

Great Features and Intuitive Interface.
Pros

Working with the team at Knowledge Anywhere has been a great experience for us, from our first contact with them through learning about their system capabilities. Once we made the decision to partner with Knowledge Anywhere for our online learning needs, their team continued to provide excellent care from the initial system setup, as well as always providing timely and consistent customer service and support!

Cons

Nothing to object to. Since we truly purchased this to significantly personalize it, which we have done over the years, I cant think of anything to dislike. We alter it to suit our changing needs since it is exactly what we want and aligns with those desires.

All You can do with Knowledge Anywhere.
Pros

With over 75 exceptional brands and more than 700 wines, we needed a way to deliver highly engaging and impactful courses to thousands of sales representatives across the country. Knowledge Anywhere provided us with a turnkey training solution that combined a robust Learning Management System with outstanding, one-of-a-kind course development at a quality level consistent with everything we do here at Terlato Wines.

Cons

I wish the software had better features that would increase productivity. When playing the video, connectivity issues can occasionally occur. however, its also possible that the user is at blame. Moreover, it can also be more robust with the latest updates on time.

Pros

The ability to customize this to our needs. We have been able to tailor it to suit our needs, and the ability of the company to make the changes as required is what we love about the company.

Cons

Nothing really to be disliking. I cannot think of anything to dislike since we bought this to customize it, which we have over the years heavily. It is exactly what we want, and as our needs change, we modify it to suit our changing needs.

Best Training Software!
Pros

Extended Stay America is proud to have partnered with Knowledge Anywhere to have created Extended Stay University, our training platform .... since creating the University, weve seen over 10,000 associates successfully trained in the system, coming out of the experience being able to excel in their positions and experience higher job satisfaction.

Cons

We have yet to run into any disadvantages. Compared to many other systems we have used, the software is significantly simpler to use. That indicates that the tool can be trusted.

Easy to use and Implement!
Pros

Its easy to work with and is a straightforward system with a clean interface. Its very cost-effective and simple to use. Theres no additional software needed on my end or for learners. Its web-based training at its best.

Cons

I hope they work on improving the present update procedure. The program is constantly running an earlier version than the one that is being promoted right now. No updated schedule is provided on the website or when we phone.

With Knowledge Anywheres highly customizable learning management system, we have developed, managed, and educated our partners across the globe through one central location. In addition, Impinj also appreciates the proactiveness and responsiveness of the customer support team at Knowledge Anywhere.

Cons

The cost is the only negative. Consider paying $800 for up to 500 users. However, this is a good use if there are just 40 people. It would be preferable to have several payment tiers.

Worth a Try!
Pros

Knowledge Anywhere has done a fantastic job with the new Siemens Learning Center platform. In our world of medical imaging complexity, Knowledge Anywhere has built such a simple, user-friendly interface that will (I firmly believe) help us make our customers’ learning experiences much more pleasant. I really do see this helping us deliver a much more impactful personalized education experience. It can truly be said Knowledge Anywhere is helping Siemens achieve our mission to “advance human health.” And that is a worthwhile pursuit.”

Cons

The software could have had better-updating options. Also, sometimes the system needs to catch up, which slows down workflow. Once these issues are fixed, Knowledge Anywhere is a great tool for your company.

Pros

Great customer support and follow-up.

Cons

The technology could be more flexible. For example, there is a bug that if a user creates a password with special characters, they get errors when they try to access videos in training. I reported this bug over a year ago, and it still needs to be fixed. Due to this bug, I always have to get back to partners who face this error. We have it on the web page for the user to create a password without special characters. But no one follows the instructions, so I always have to go back and reset their password. Reporting and searching reports from the admin view is average and could be better.

Definitely surprised by Knowledge Anywhere.
Pros

Knowledge Anywhere has been AMis Learning Management System provider since its launch. I could not be happier with the front/back functionality of the system and the support we receive from the Knowledge Anywhere team. 5 stars!

Cons

Currently, the reporting module is not well-liked because it has few capabilities. But once this problem is dealt with and the system gets frequent updates, it can be a better tool.

Graphic User Interface and ease of use. Intuitive to use and deploy. I cannot say enough about their customer care. A key component in a blended learning solution. Allows for tracking of various learning methods, including instructor facilitated.

Cons

At this time, we have not encountered any cons. The software is much easier to use than many of the other systems we have seen.

A great LMS solution!
Pros

The rep and team were wonderful to work with and very attentive to questions. The design team was quick to turn around designs and changes. They could push their interactivity further and accomplish what we had asked. We created a great training solution using Knowledge Anywhere with a user-friendly, comprehensive experience. The team is very reactive and quick to turn around changes. Overall great experience to build out this tool in a quick time frame.

Cons

The user interface can be made more intuitive and robust. Even though customer support does answer all queries, an easier operating system would be much better

Pros

From a user perspective, Knowledge Anywhere is one of the best LMS Ive worked with. Its a five-star across the board. Moreover, its customer support is amazing; they respond quickly and are very helpful with queries.

Cons

The software can improve its internal communication issues. If crowded, the system starts lagging, creating problems for users. Also, the interface, even though intuitive, can be made more user-friendly.

LMS has become a common language in our dispersed organization!
Pros

The Knowledge Anywhere staff support has been outstanding. As with any new software we bring into the organization, there are bound to be bugs and usability issues. KA has been extremely responsive to every bump in the road that weve encountered.

Cons

One thing that can be improved, though, is the updates. If the tool can get frequent updates, it stops it from slowing down. This way, the workflow can be optimized easily.

It is more than just software - it adds a team of experts to your staff!
Pros

What I like most is less about the software and more about the culture and adaptability of Knowledge Anywhere. They helped us with the architecture of our Learning Management System from Day 1 almost 10 years ago and have always been more integral as part of our team. This family culture has always carried through in that we always work with the same people who know our product and understand our needs. We have needed new features and technology outside their normal scope of business, so they have made it happen! Customer support and communication are top-notch! I highly recommend working with Knowledge Anywhere and their first-class Learning Management software.

Cons

What I like least about the software has less to do with the product offered and more with our design. Because Knowledge Anywhere is built on our custom design every year, we painted ourselves in a corner with our product. We have been unable to adapt our software to take advantage of their latest technologies. Their strength has been our weakness.

Communication made Easier.
Pros

Our Novinium field employees work in remote teams and are spread out across North America. So, classroom training is rarely feasible. Finding a way to deliver key messages to our field employees consistently presented a challenge until we began working with Knowledge Anywhere. With Knowledge Anywhere’s LMS, we can provide high-quality content at a pace that works with our employees’ busy schedules – helping us realize our vision of innovation and learning.

Cons

Even though Knowledge anywhere has made communication easier for our company, the problems still need to be solved because the system sometimes needs to slow down. This way, messages can be delayed.

Ive found over the years that the Knowledge Anywhere team is proactive, supportive, and easy to work with. My account manager often suggests ways I can improve the learning experience for our companys associates, and in the rare case there is an issue, they are always responsive.

Cons

Knowledge Anywhere is a wonderful answer for our business, with the exception of a few small difficulties. Ive seen changes in the most current update, which works great.

Pros

The LMS you have been looking for! After reviewing several solutions and companies, we settled on Knowledge Anywhere. Their service has been second to none. Every interaction has been professional, timely, and enjoyable. Implementing the LMS was smooth and efficient.

Cons

I do not find any disadvantages or cons yet. But one thing that can be worked on is the reporting function. The reports are slow, and that can be frustrating. Overall, Knowledge Anywhere is a great tool.
