Pros
I felt the friendliness of the platform and the speed of customer support were impressive. The team was quick to respond and effective in their solutions which made the whole experience positive.
Cons
For me, it wasn't that I disliked anything but being new to the platform left us a bit uncertain. Once we started using it, though, it turned out to be perfect.

Cons
Although very helpful, I've realized that you need to have your training materials well prepared in advance if you want to use them effectively with Lernit.
