“Clean interface”

Pros

The interface is clean and simple to handle. Adding content is incredibly simple compared with other systems I've used and being able to tailor the learner experience by role is a big plus. I also appreciate how the platform highlights related content and recommendations since it helps people discover useful materials they may not have realized were there. Our colleagues have been really impressed with it and we're very pleased that we chose this platform.

Cons

we'd still like to see free-text functionality in quizzes. That said, the team has been very responsive to feedback so we're hopeful this enhancement will be introduced soon.

This platform is very user-friendly and accessible for our users which makes it simple to work with. The support from the team has been top-notch as well.

“clear visibility across the business”

Pros

Using it for 1-to-1s and performance management has worked really well for us because everything is managed in one place. Managers have more ownership of the process for their teams and we also get clear visibility across the whole business. It has been a valuable tool for helping people review their individual progress every six months and understand how that contributes to the wider company. From an end-user perspective, the experience is simple and requires very little training. Although the admin side is more flexible and needed some guidance to set up in the best way, I can clearly see the value in using it to share knowledge across the business especially when it comes to new product updates.

Cons

From an administrator perspective, the setup does take time and careful thought because of the level of customization available. A bigger library of video tutorials would have been useful and would have saved me from needing to call for help, even though the support team always responds quickly.

“Sleek UI and strong knowledge sharing”

Pros

There's a lot to appreciate about it. The interface is simple and clean, with a sleek design that makes the platform enjoyable to use and very simple to navigate. It also does a really good job of supporting knowledge sharing across the company since people can ask questions directly in the platform, get answers from subject matter experts and share content with others. On top of that, uploading content is incredibly simple. Whether you're bringing in an article from the web or building a full curriculum from the ground up, the tools and overall design make it accessible for just about anyone.

Cons

One area that could be improved is reporting especially with more visual ways to present the data. That said, the platform is being updated regularly every week so it feels likely those improvements will arrive in time.
