“Engaging training that fits us”
Pros
Right away, it lined up well with what our organization needed. The learning experience is engaging and it supports not just employee development but retention too. Having worked with a lot of Learning Management Systems, I can say this one stands apart from others because it provides a wide range of training resources that are relevant to our industry.
Cons
There's still room for more customization although we haven't fully put that into place in our organization through the platform yet. It seems like something that will take a bit of time working with the IT team and hopefully we'll get there soon.

this was incredibly helpful for my development and helped me get up to speed in the role quickly. I've used other systems before but none of them really compare to this one. Since October, we've also started using the platform to manage 1:1s and that's been a really valuable addition. It'll be really useful to look back over time and clearly see how I'm progressing.
Cons
I'm still figuring out the predictive tool that suggests options during searches. I haven't worked out how to keep the search result yet. I'm sure there's a way to do it, I just haven't learned how yet.
