“exceptional support and learning resources
Pros
The support team is incredibly helpful and I find it really easy to navigate around. There are plenty of useful tools at my disposal.
Cons
After finishing a feedback form, there's no home or next button to continue you have to manually navigate back to the course which is pretty annoying

Pros
Customer care has been incredibly helpful since I've only been handling our LMS for a few weeks now, their assistance has been absolutely essential for getting me up to speed.
Cons
Still figuring everything out so I can't really point to any specific issues yet. I'm in the early stages of getting familiar with how everything works.

Pros
I appreciate how they assign dedicated teams to help with onboarding whenever we get access to new products. When we started using Adapt, Stream and Learning Locker, there were specialists ready to walk us through each platform and configure everything to match our needs. This support gave us a solid foundation to work from as we moved forward.
Cons
Customer support can be hit or miss, they're fine for basic questions but when we run into bigger problems, the responses tend to be pretty surface-level and dont really solve the core issue we're dealing with.

Really appreciate how all the different services work smoothly together, plus the level of customization available is fantastic.
Cons
There are a few problems that don't seem to get priority like the inview feature not functioning properly with flipcards and narrative text defaulting to weird formatting. Even after submitting tickets, these issues apparently aren't considered necessary fixes.

Pros
The usability is really solid and I appreciate how they keep rolling out updates regularly. Support has been great whenever I've needed help.
Cons
Contract levels vanish without warning, driving up our costs significantly on top of regular price hikes. I get that they're probably targeting new clients but it's not doing them any favors for keeping current customers around.

The modules are really clear and engaging, easy to follow along with. Love the refresher compliance sections, they're huge time savers and work great.
Cons
The training sessions can feel a bit too corporate-focused which makes it challenging for people who aren't as comfortable with technology to keep up.

Really appreciate how simple this is for our support team to navigate and finish up. Most of our staff prefer using there phones for mandatory training and this platform actually supports that unlike our previous provider. This means our workers dont have to schedule office time just to complete training, they can do it whenever works for them.
Cons
Learning curve is pretty steep for someone like me who's just getting started. When issues come up I often can't figure out how to resolve them on my own and end up having to contact support. While the academy resources are helpful, finding solutions for basic problems can be surprisingly difficult in the available content.

The platform comes packed with features that are pretty simple to navigate. When I do hit a snag, their support team is fantastic, they always get back to me quickly with thorough, helpful responses.
Cons
The timelines they give are pretty vague. When I ask about new features, I'm told they're "upcoming" but that doesn't really tell me much, could be next month or next year.

Support team is absolutely incredible, they're relentlessly helpful and really make Learning Pool shine. I appreciate how well the programs and certifications are utilized, they feel very relevant to what I need. The webinars and training sessions are decent enough.
Cons
The catalogues dont get updated regularly enough and some of the old content feels outdated. Setting things up can be pretty confusing at times and leave you wondering what to do next. We discovered there were enhancements available but had no idea they came with our subscription, would've been nice to know. Adapting the site requires way too much hands-on work from our admin team to get it functioning properly. We really need more dedicated time with customer experience or product coaches to help us unlock the systems full potential but that means even more time and effort from our end. The download process and course adaptation features aren't very user-friendly and can get quite complex in certain areas. What we'd really benefit from is some personalized training tailored to our specific needs.

Interface looks really modern and clean. Integration with Salesforce has worked smoothly for us. Waves appears solid though it might be redundant if you already have a well-managed CRM system.
Cons
Coming from Absorb, this has been quite a challenge to adjust to. We went with the LXP but didn't really grasp how different it would be from there standard LMS offering. The system isn't very score-friendly since the default accountability only tracks completion rather than performance.

Pros
The support team is always available to help with any questions whether they're big or small issues. They get back to you fast with clear, helpful instructions. There's tons of useful resources in the Academy plus learning pool live sessions that are really valuable.
Cons
Reporting feature needs improvement though that might just be because we haven't installed all the available plug-ins yet. A major issue for us is that certificates dont automatically reissue with updated completion dates.
