Pros
Their support team is available around the clock, even on weekends and typically resolves problems within a day. They go beyond basic troubleshooting by researching solutions and suggesting third-party integrations that might help. The service feels genuine and personalized. I've noticed the development team regularly rolls out new features based on user feedback which shows they're really listening to what we need.
Cons
Sometimes there's a glitch that pops up but the LW support team usually helps me sort it out pretty fast.

“Perfect coaching solution
Pros
After wasting tons of time and money on two other popular coaching platforms that left us frustrated, this one is nearly flawless and keeps getting better. Having our own app option was incredibly valuable and the deciding factor for us. Support responds super fast and always goes above and beyond to help. Can't thank them enough!
Cons
The platform has tons of advanced features but there are still some gaps that would really help our workflow. A few essential tools we need just aren't available yet though I'm sure the dev team will address these missing pieces soon.

“Mixed Experience Overall

I can build a website, courses and community all in one place at a really reasonable price. After doing extensive research and working with other LMS platforms, I definitely recommend this over the competition. The website builder is outstanding, I created a sleek, modern site in just a few hours with incredible flexibility. Course design is equally impressive with tons of customization options. Having built-in video hosting is fantastic since I dont need Vimeo or other services. The ability to duplicate classes or import sections between courses saves me so much time. The community feature needs polish but I'm confident it'll improve. Having it included means no extra subscriptions to manage and I love how forums integrate directly into each class.
Cons
This platform has some serious quirks that'll test your patience. Photos vanish without warning and the community features are pretty buggy, you can't even respond to comments properly or use hashtags effectively. Students randomly lose the ability to post or comment because of system glitches. The Zoom integration they advertise is misleading. Sure, you can technically run meetings from class pages but the client is so stripped down it's frustrating if your used to actual Zoom functionality. Their calendar is useless for managing multiple recurring classes, I had to work around it by embedding an external calendar that links to my pages.

It's cool how many features this platform offers for building websites, schools and coaching programs. The community options that come built-in are really useful and the email functionality works well for our needs. Our customer service specialist has been fantastic, they've provided excellent support throughout our setup process. We're excited to officially launch our platform next year using this tool!
Cons
The editing can be really frustrating sometimes. Fonts randomly change on me and I've lost work when things didn't save properly. While some parts of the interface are simple, other sections feel clunky and hard to navigate.

It gives me everything I need in one place, from my website and blog to training delivery, with solid integration across all the tools I'd expect. Support has been fantastic so far. I've submitted two tickets when I ran into issues and both times they either fixed the problem or walked me through the solution before I even checked back.
Cons
I haven't really found anything to complain about yet. My only worry is whether I'll be able to create instructor-led courses in a virtual classroom setting but thats still unclear at this point.

I'm really hoping for a way to search and filter course activities, not just the courses themselves. With tons of resources spread across all our courses, users need to find specific content quickly. If we could tag activities with multiple labels and then search or filter by those tags, this would become the perfect platform for us!

I've been using this for my Dutch language educational academy and what really stands out is how everything connects smoothly, the academy design works hand-in-hand with the analytics and marketing tools behind it. The automatic tagging feature is brilliant for segmenting users and creating personalized experiences for them. Being able to send targeted messages to module users, whether automated or manual, works really well too. What I appreciate most is that the platform keeps evolving based on what customers actually want which constantly gives me new ways to improve things for my learners. Their customer service team is genuinely helpful and friendly, whenever I've run into issues, they've handled them with real care.
Cons
They're always trying to sell you there extra modules and products. Sometimes it feels a bit pushy, like when banners stay in my dashboard for days. Even after I close them, they just pop back up the next time I log in. It's annoying though the extensive features make up for this minor irritation.

The support team is incredibly knowledgeable and gets back to me within a day, often just hours. They walk me through everything step-by-step and break down all the possible solutions in detail. When necessary, they'll even create a video showing exactly what I need to do, honestly haven't experienced customer service this good before. I'm really satisfied with how they communicate and provide help. Would definitely recommend this platform.
Cons
There's no way to categorize products like e-books or online courses separately which is really frustrating. Having dedicated categories for ebooks would be incredibly useful since these products are totally different and need their own approaches and features. Also wish they offered physical product sales on the platform, that would make it perfect. Hopefully they'll add this soon!

“Comprehensive solution

I spent a lot of time comparing different platforms before settling on this one, mainly because of the interactive video feature that lets you embed questions right into the content. After nearly two years of use, I can honestly say the customer support is what really makes this platform shine. Being fairly new to creating online courses, I had tons of questions and felt pretty overwhelmed at times. But their support team has been absolutely incredible, they respond super quickly and actually help solve problems instead of just giving generic answers. The help resources are extensive and when I needed extra guidance, they basically held my hand through the whole process. Coming from a business background, I really appreciate companies that still believe in putting customers first and this platform definitely does that. It's made such a difference in my business that I try to model the same level of service with my own clients.
Cons
If I had to find something to complain about, it would honestly be my own inexperience when I first started. I came in as a complete beginner with zero knowledge about getting things rolling. But blaming the platform for that wouldn't be fair at all. Actually, their biggest strength is helping newcomers like me get up to speed quickly. Now I'm comfortable with everything, building courses, setting up funnels, creating e-books, designing pop-ups, lead magnets, the whole nine yards. So really, the only issue was my own learning curve and they helped me overcome that completely!

Mobile experience really falls short since most of my users access this on their phones. That hamburger menu looks unprofessional and functions poorly, you need custom coding just to make basic edits to it. I've received numerous complaints from customers about the mobile interface and having full customization options would make things run much smoother for everyone.

There are tons of free training sessions and help available for building your setup, plus the support team gets back to you quickly.
