Pros
MTM provides an anonymous platform for our students to complete evaluations, which gives us insights into instructor performance and helps improve future training. Their customer service is excellent as they respond promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
Cons
The ease of use is lacking. Menus are challenging to find, especially for new users, and sometimes it's slow to load.

Pros
Our company benefits from two main advantages: 1) Quality reports on courses. Understanding the effectiveness of vendor trainings for our customers and assessing the value of cooperating with specific instructors is crucial for us. 2) Digital certificates for course completion provided by some vendors are also valuable MTM features, particularly for saving time.
Cons
Sometimes customers decline to participate in a survey (Post Event) in MTM. It can be challenging to persuade them.

Their insightful sheets are well-researched, offer actionable data, are globally scalable in multiple languages, and provide relevant insights. The pre-designed reports are user-friendly and well-crafted. They are highly committed to adoption, and their standard support services and account team are exceptional.
Cons
The standard reports can be somewhat difficult to customize; however, this is improving with their next-generation reporting that was rolled out this year.

We required a consistent method to measure Sales Training Effectiveness over time. MTM addressed the issue of multiple paper surveys, providing data and insights supporting changes to our training within the first 8 months of data collection. It has become an invaluable tool for all classroom training and is now considered a necessity for any training conducted.
Cons
In some cases, it's a bit overwhelming in its power the reporting options and complexity were initially daunting. Still, we have settled into regular, consistent reporting that now works well for both the training delivery team and for reporting results and recommendations to management.
