easy tracking of safety meetings

Pros

It makes tracking our safety meetings and team engagement really simple and easy. Also, I find it simple to use.

Cons

When new items appear on the dashboard, I feel confused because there's no clear explanation of how they're calculated or any advance notice of changes being made.

Pros

This tool provides a simple way to give toolbox talks to my crew, making training quick and easy to manage.

Cons

It would be better for me if there were simpler ways to track progress and print out participation logs, since that would save time when reviewing records.

fantastic customer support

Pros

Customer support with ModONE is fantastic. I feel genuinely valued as a client and the company is very transparent. I've tried other programs where sales teams couldn't answer simple questions but with this software, the free trial was so smooth that I just kept using it. I compared many programs before purchasing and this platform became my standard, it's easy to use right away without spending hours figuring it out.

Cons

I don't really have complaints. A feature I wanted wasn't ready yet but they actually gave me a workaround before its release which I thought was impressive.

automation reduces manual work

Pros

This tool being automated is a huge help. Anything that reduces manual work makes things easier for our office team, especially since finding reliable help in the blue collar industry is always a challenge.

Cons

Content could definitely use a refresh, though I know that process is already underway, so I expect it will improve soon.

simple input process

Pros

The input process is really simple for the guys in the field. I've noticed it saves them time and makes keeping track of tasks so much easier.

Cons

They changed the layout a few times and just when I got used to one setup, it shifted again which took some adjustment.

Weekly content updates for team

Pros

What I like most about this tool is how the content is sent directly to our team leads every week. It removes the guesswork and makes sure that important information reaches everyone. I also love knowing exactly which team members haven't completed their meetings which keeps everyone accountable.

Cons

There isn't really anything I dislike about this tool, it does what I need it to do consistently.

easy to use platform for managing safety

Pros

The ease of use across the platform makes it top notch. From scheduling content to creating safety training and sending alerts about bad weather, it has everything I need. It has made managing our safety program so much more organized and has definitely improved our safety culture.

Cons

I honestly have zero issues with this tool. Anytime I run into a technical problem, the support team resolves it within minutes which gives me peace of mind.

complete control over safety content

Pros

Having complete control over the safety content is what I liked most about ModONE. I can customize materials to fit the specific needs of the healthcare industry, targeting areas for improvement and boosting safety awareness across all our facilities.

Cons

I'd like the ability to choose specific employees when initiating our monthly safety lotto drawings, because that would give me more flexibility.

variety of helpful weekly subjects

Pros

I appreciate the variety of subjects and content provided on a weekly basis. It gives our employees important topics to review consistently which helps maintain high standards in the workplace.

Cons

Sometimes I find the content a bit shallow. The safety talks can be too basic and I'd prefer more in-depth coverage.

real time dashboard with engaging training

Pros

Being able to view the dashboard in real time is a major advantage. Creating content with SafetBot and embedding videos makes training more engaging and the ability to resend content to those who missed it ensures everyone is on the same page. I also love that there's no app download required which was a major factor in choosing this tool.

Cons

The audit function is my least used feature. It's a great tool but since my company uses a different program for job management audits, I rarely need it here.

Simplifies content creation

Pros

This tool is an easy to use content creator and scheduler that delivers the information I want directly to my workforce weekly. Features like annual auditing and self auditing make regulatory visits easier to prepare for and managing the database and content means I spend less time worrying about correctness and more time in the workplace. I can create, edit and schedule safety content in advance, filling the calendar with targeted safety messages for my team.

Cons

Occasionally I've needed a very specific report that wasn't available. Each time I've raised this with this tool, though, they quickly developed a solution that worked not only for me but for other customers too.

Pros

I really appreciate how this platform helps keep business owners compliant with industry regulations. It makes it simpler to meet requirements without extra stress.

Cons

The only challenge I had was with the initial learning curve but once I got familiar with the system, it became much easier to navigate.

eliminates busy work and simplifies safety

Pros

The platform is simple to use, everything is recorded and it eliminates a lot of my busy work. This allows my clients to focus on their actual jobs instead of worrying about safety and producing or recording content themselves.

Cons

I don't really face major issues with this tool, though I feel it just needs to keep improving in efficiency so that daily use becomes smoother.
