As a user of this platform for more than three years, I appreciate Moodle's intuitive interface, accessibility, personalized learning experiences, and communication tools.

When I was new to online learning, I found Moodle's navigation system confusing and difficult to use. It offers some communication tools, but I think they're insufficient for social interaction with classmates. Additionally, instructors may not always be available or responsive to student questions or concerns, making it hard for me and other students to get the help we need.
