I think it's unnecessary to have all changes reported through email. It would be enough to have notifications within the Moodle environment, except for specific communications that require emailing.

The pros of this software include easy access and great convenience for us students to download tasks or activity files. It's also an easy way to submit assignments, and I can easily find my subjects because they are already displayed; just click on the subject, and you go directly to your tasks.

The downside is that it loads and refreshes slowly with a weak internet connection.

I especially love that it pings me about upcoming deadlines which is a real lifesaver and it makes it hard to accidentally miss submitting something. With a single login I can follow every step I've taken in my learning journey. It also gives me control over what shows up on my dashboard which keeps things tidy. On the professional side, I appreciate that it feels secure, supports flexibility in how I work and that customer support is responsive and helpful.

The interface could be more appealing to students. Even though most people use it mainly for learning, I still feel there's plenty of opportunity to jazz up the look and make it more engaging for younger users.

Because I manage employees and interns scattered across the country, I need a dependable way to keep everyone engaged and help grow our team and Moodle fits that role perfectly.

It can sometimes act up with unexpected bugs that make it a bit irritating to use especially during online tests. I rely on those quizzes to judge how well my team understands the material and when the platform glitches, it feels like it cuts corners and makes accurate assessment harder.
