Almost no limits!

Pros

Northpass can develop nearly anything I require. Of course, it comes at a cost, but many systems I've encountered or explored fail to extend beyond their existing capabilities. This leaves them easily outdated, whereas Northpass consistently seeks to enhance its system. The pricing on the higher plan is actually quite reasonable considering what they offer.

Cons

Customization communication can be a bit challenging. They don't have a standardized method for testing customizations, but they always resolve errors in the end. Although reporting is improving, it still requires additional feature enhancements.

5 Stars for User Experience!

Pros

Northpass is incredibly intuitive. With a platform serving gig workers nationwide, we seldom encounter confusion because it's so user-friendly. Creating courses is a breeze, and Northpass frequently introduces new features to enhance the process. The platform offers various options to cater to learners, enriching the educational experience and boosting engagement.

Cons

There aren't many aspects of the platform that I dislike. Transitioning our system and creating a new learner platform was inconvenient but ultimately worthwhile.

Great platform with unlimited possibilities

Pros

The major benefits of Northpass lie in its incredibly straightforward platform and outstanding support. Despite requiring hundreds of LMS accounts for various clients, Northpass is my top recommendation for individual or large-scale deployments. Besides the highly intuitive platform that allows you to create courses within minutes, the exceptional support team is always available to assist you. While you may not need it frequently due to the platform's quality, having outstanding support is invaluable.

Cons

While there aren't many drawbacks to using Northpass, it's a smaller and younger company compared to other LMS providers. Some may see this as a disadvantage due to fewer native integrations, but I believe it's an advantage. Northpass prioritizes each customer, providing exceptional service unlike some larger competitors.

A really good online training platform

Pros

We have used Northpass for over 6 months and the experience could not have been better.

Pros

Customer service flexibility (24/7), a customized platform, and endless learning possibilities (PDFs, PPTs, audio, video, quizzes) contribute to Northpass's appeal.

Pros

Cons

SchoolKeep has allowed us to scale new user onboarding while keeping the the team small

Pros

Setting up our first training course for new users was relatively straightforward. When evaluating LMS options, one concern our team had was the need for our central operations team to roll out the new process without engineering assistance. Despite our small Host Success team, we successfully managed this, and users have responded positively. The structured approach of SchoolKeep in communicating learnings and marketplace guidelines has not only enabled us to meet growing demand but has also significantly boosted team productivity and user engagement. We can onboard new users more efficiently than ever before without compromising the quality of onboarding education and processes.

Cons

No significant cons from our perspective. While we've encountered technical hiccups with advanced features, the SchoolKeep team promptly addresses them. As a startup ourselves, we value their support, receptiveness to feedback, and regular product updates.

Started with SchoolKeep

Pros

When SchoolKeep launched, the ability to speak with a live person was invaluable. All my queries were promptly addressed, and my suggestions were taken into account. While I had numerous online learning platforms to choose from for my business, I opted for SchoolKeep due to their exceptional customer service and initial pricing model.

Cons

I'm disappointed by the changes in their pricing model. As a small business owner, I found their pricing strategy to be restrictive. For instance, accessing students' emails required upgrading to a paid plan. The free plan offered by my current platform is more comprehensive than SchoolKeep's. Additionally, I've noticed a lack of ongoing support for instructors, exemplified by the closure of their dedicated Facebook group in April 2015.
