The platform is incredibly user friendly and secure to use. As all its tools and options are arranged in a clear, logical way making it pretty perfect. Their customer support team is excellent and responsive too. Plus it works perfectly for people with or without a technical background, operating quickly and without any lag.

Cons

As per me you won't find any downsides with it. Getting it installed and set up is a very simple process.

This is a tool I absolutely love. Everything about it is exceptional be it the overall design, its functions, how it makes my presentations sharper and more distinctive than everyone elses. All this gets a big thumbs up from me! I mean it is seriously great software and I promise it will help you stand out from the crowd when you use it.

Honestly it is not so much a complaint but a wish. That is users would love to test every single function during the free trial. But all in all, I am happy with it that this was my choice!

It comes with the best features you can tailor extensively, taking online learning to the highest level. Plus the dashboards and insights provide a complete overview of each learner's progress on the platform. Letting multiple users log in with the same credentials offers great convenience and flexibility. And overall it is one of the most complete eLMS applications out there, fully customizable for both business and educational needs.

Cons

Our team really wants to explore the application more thoroughly before committing to the paid version. But the trial period feels too brief and only a small set of features are unlocked. Having access to all features in the trial would give us complete confidence to purchase the premium plan.

Open eLMS is a platform that makes managing online courses very simple. They have lots of excellent features that guarantee effective learning for students and provide great support for instructors too. Even the user experience is very fluid, helping trainers upload all the necessary course files and projects easily. Plus students, in turn can access all those important materials whenever it suits them. It also integrates smoothly with tools like Zoom, Meet and others.

Cons

In my opinion the platform could use a bit more refinement to speed up all of its processes.

Beyond the fantastic courses the most impressive part of this software is its feature set. Such as the gamification aspect which includes progress bars and a leaderboard, is an excellent method for driving engagement from a business perspective. Plus the quality of the courses themselves is top-notch.

There is nothing I have come across so far that I would call unhelpful.

The ease of use is the best as it is very user friendly and the tool itself guides you on how to use it in the simplest and most effective way. During the current pandemic, it has been our lifesaver for delivering interactive, multimedia classes to our Apprentices and students who cannot attend a physical classroom. Plus with the ability to watch lessons on any platform, our students have been able to view classes anytime and anywhere. In short Open eLMS has been our greatest ally in ensuring our students do not miss out on the essential learning they need.

Nothing major but I think configuring videos within the tool could be a bit easier. But i gets simpler with more experience, however the process could be more user friendly for people who are just starting to use it.

Open eLMS is the most affordable learning management system and it lets us add an unlimited number of users to the platform without charging us anything extra.

Cons

I have been using it for close to two years now and I honestly cannot point to any flaws or shortcomings.

“super simple netflix-like interface

Pros

The learner's interface is super simple to use as it feels like a Netflix for education. It has a personalized dashboard for different roles like trainers, admins and curriculum developers. It even includes the Open eLMS Creator authoring tool. Even the customer service is outstanding and the price is very low.

Cons

Some assistance with managing certain API integrations would be helpful. I cannot think of any other issues at the moment.

Open eLMS is easy to work with and offers helpful examples and case studies. The quizzes between sections are also useful for checking if I have actually grasped the material completely or not.

Cons

I think the free trial version should include a few more compliance and regulatory courses. That would help us learn more and contribute better to protecting the environment.

Creating and organizing courses is a simple process. You can add materials directly using the built-in creator or upload your own files separately. Also learners can submit their work for review and assessors can access that evidence without any hassle. The capability to run and monitor an entire e-learning program from anywhere is fantastic. The customer support team is also top-notch.

Cons

When I first started building a program, I was a bit slow because I was not familiar with the system yet. There are tutorial videos but sometimes they do not cover enough detail. But the good news is that the support staff are always there to help sort out any problems.

It is incredibly user-friendly as the experience for learners is very similar to using Netflix which is awesome. It is also very thorough, with dedicated interfaces for various user roles. Right from the start, it was simple to connect with Teams, Power BI and Azure. Plus it is enjoyable and my team really liked using it.

Cons

There are not any true drawbacks. However new improvements are rolled out as optional features, so you have to turn them on yourself instead of getting them automatically.

Pros

Getting the product set up and running was easy. We were able to quickly set up Single Sign-On so it works smoothly with our other company systems. The course content is well-designed and matches what we needed.

Cons

Certain parts of the reporting system feel a bit awkward to use. That said I reached out via email support and they were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for.
