Pros

The learning paths are very helpful for organizing all the content and I love how easy it is to enroll new learners. The reporting features give me great insights into their progress and registering learners is easy. Setting up courses doesn't take much time either.

Cons

We haven't had any issues with what we need it for, so no complaints from my side.

I think the interface is easy to use and I didn't need much training to get started. The knowledge base is packed with useful resources that actually help solve problems. Whenever I need support, the team is quick to respond and they really know their stuff. The reporting features give me exactly what I need without all the extra stuff. I also love how flexible the role customization is and I can set permissions that fit my team structure.

Cons

Missing Power BI connectivity is annoying and the course store feels pretty empty with not many learning materials available.

I really appreciate how well-organized the instructional materials are. Everything is easy to find and use. The lesson creation process is way smoother now which saves me tons of time. I also love how it integrates with tools like Big Button, Google, Jitsi, Microsoft Teams, Skype, WhatsApp and Zoom and it makes my workflow so much easier.

Cons

It takes a while to get the hang of it. It definitely needs some improvement to make it easier for new users.
