essential communication for our sites

Pros

After the initial setup, it's easy to use and the help documentation is excellent. Since users sign in with their own personal accounts, it helped us keep a real sense of community during our four-month closure. At our larger sites, it has now become an essential communication tool.

Cons

We had hoped it would fully replace our team WhatsApp and Facebook groups but it doesn't quite offer all the capabilities we need yet. That said the team is clearly open to feedback and some of the requests we previously made have already been turned into features so I'm expecting the chat side to improve further.

Easily workable app

powerful fit for growing teams

Pros

When our company was larger, this software handled most of the features we needed and was very simple to work with.

user-friendly for staff

Pros

Using this app has been very user-friendly both on the backend and from the employee side.

Cons

I don't like that it still isn't integrated with MBO. It would be really helpful to manage class substitutions here and have them automatically update on our MBO class schedule.

Perfect tool with amazing support

Pros

Right from the start, it felt very user-friendly and didn't require any technical background to understand. The customer service has been absolutely incredible and I really appreciate how the team keeps adapting, listening and taking user feedback seriously.

Cons

A few features could still be improved with more detail and stronger functionality for different variables but it's clear the team is consistently working on making it better.

Simple for users and admins

Pros

Using it feels very easy and simple, both for people on the app and for admin users working behind the computer.

all-in-one team communication

Pros

Having everyone in one place is really useful especially with all the built-in options for text, video and document sharing on a single platform.

Cons

It wasn't as simple as I expected it to be. Since I don't use it as often as other department heads at my company, I still need to pull out the instructions whenever I have to work in it.

fantastic support from day one

Pros

Getting started was incredibly simple thanks to the customer service team and their support has stayed consistent throughout our first month. Customer support has been wonderful to work with and at no point have I felt like I was handling the process on my own. He regularly shares helpful ideas for additional ways this app can benefit our company.

Cons

I'd still love to see more admin options built into the app, like pre-loaded GIFs or additional fonts. It would also be really helpful if posting through the app worked more like Instagram since that would make it much easier to dress up my content.

keeping every deskless worker connected

Pros

With most of our workforce being deskless, our old communication methods just weren't reaching everyone when business changes or important updates needed to be shared. This has helped us connect with far more of the team and as a result, everyone stays informed in a way we simply couldn't manage before.

Cons

Any time something comes up that doesn't quite fit the way our business operates, they've been absolutely brilliant about adjusting things to match our needs. That level of flexibility is something I haven't seen from other suppliers and it's what makes both the app and the team stand out. They're also always available if anything ever goes wrong which is uncommon and when it does, issues get resolved very quickly.

Effortless communication and engagement

Pros

Rolling this out across our organisation has been one of the best decisions we've made. It's the simplest communication tool we've used, with a clear format that was quick to introduce and easy to understand even for employees who rarely use technology. The support from the company has been excellent and employee engagement has been just as impressive. Whenever any issue came up, it was resolved quickly and even better, our feedback and development ideas were welcomed and acted on. I can honestly say it was money very well spent because it now lets us communicate effectively with all employees while keeping them engaged and updated on progress especially throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. The app has been outstanding.

Cons

There really haven't been many downsides since any problems that appeared were dealt with and fixed. I've especially appreciated how committed the company is to continually improving the app around each customer's specific needs. With so many different phones on the market making sure the app performs well across most devices is an ongoing challenge, particularly as new options keep appearing.

Pros

Keeping everyone connected is one of the best parts of this software and sending alerts between team members is really simple and effective.
