Not recommended for external client training

Pros

The product is straightforward for the end user. It offers a repository manager, an intuitive interface, enrollment policies, email notifications, an exam and question manager, token usage, and data loaders.

Cons

The out-of-the-box reporting is very poor. Database tables are disorganized, with primary keys used as foreign keys having different names. It's not customizable and only somewhat configurable. The Wiki is often outdated or has broken links. Client support is extremely poor, and there's no social media integration. While the system has some cool features, they often don't work. The development roadmap is slow and focused on what they deem important. Administration has a steep learning curve, and upgrades are problematic if installed on-site. Too many resources are required to maintain the system. "Multilingual" doesn't apply to all areas.

PeopleFluent LMS

Pros

PeopleFluent LMS delivers a robust suite of functions and tools for eLearning packages. Its analytics are quite superior compared to other lightweight LMS platforms. It's easy to find what you need from the main screen.

Cons

With a great feature set comes increased complexity. This isn't the most intuitive software I've ever used, and training is essential for broader implementation. This really impacted my decision to eventually pass on the product.

Good software but still needs updates

Pros

It is especially useful for posting jobs on multiple websites. I highly recommend it for efficiency.

Cons

It's very difficult to use this software. Sometimes it's so complicated that I have to use walkthroughs. Navigating is very hard.

Overall LMS works for a large health system

Pros

Easy to use for learners, with cloning, group loader, and LMS Administrator training that was very good. It has all the functions you'd expect in an LMS.

Cons

Reporting is cumbersome, auto-enrollments aren't intuitive, and it's difficult to find user guides or solutions for questions with the user guide.

4 years past implementation. Our first LMS. We went through an extensive selection process.

Pros

Highly customizable. We tailored the interface for our employees, simplifying the menu and tools to enhance usability.

Cons

Documentation in the Wiki is hard to navigate. The recent acquisition by LTG promises improvement in documentation and tech support.

Product is organized well but lacks good integration. Product enhancements are slow to delivery.

Pros

Reporting and ease of use are top-notch. The product includes APIs, though they are not consistently structured, to integrate with other products. The report wizard offers additional functionality.

Cons

API inconsistency and lack of standards, with little support for multiple assignments within the organizational structure.

Still very new. Inherited software. Customer service is excellent.

Pros

There seem to be many impressive features. We are still too new to thoroughly assess the software, but training is coming soon.

Cons

Not necessarily intuitive. I still need training to use everything. It seems like it will be great software. Can't wait for training.

For the end user, the tool can be intuitive and easy to navigate if configured correctly. It is relatively configurable to achieve various desired outcomes if you understand the system infrastructure.

Cons

Sometimes there's an inability to fully realize an element of functionality. Some great ideas just don't always deliver as expected.

perfect for the nursing world

Pros

As a nurse and quality assurance professional, I see the need for quality training, especially in healthcare where compliance with Medicare and medical regulations in California is crucial. PeopleFluent provides an excellent platform for nursing training and compliance with an easy-to-use Learning Management System. My favorite part is its simplicity and healthcare-specific content. for our nurses it's a life saver

Working in healthcare, the biggest challenge is finding compliance training. This LMS solves that issue, especially for our nurses who need to adhere to Medicare guidelines, as well as our appeals and grievances coordinators. It's a comprehensive solution that requires expertise in Medicare and healthcare regulations.

Cons

One downside is that while this LMS effectively addresses compliance training needs, it requires a significant amount of expertise in Medicare and healthcare regulations to set up and maintain. This can be challenging and time-consuming for organizations without dedicated compliance specialists.

Great product! A few bugs, but overall fantastic.

Pros

The ability to monitor hiring trends is excellent, along with the capability to customize reporting tools.
