Pros
We rely on Percipio to guide our L&D initiatives. While the available courses meet the required standards, it's also possible to add our own courses as an option.
Cons
Adding courses on my own to aid learning and development can be a bit challenging with this software. The reporting functionality is not great, and some courses can be skipped without watching.
