Aspire Journeys are guided career-oriented learning paths. These sequence content within multiple skills areas toward a specific role or career goal. This approach helps learners learn the latest technologies and skills more efficiently.

CAISY is Skillsoft's AI-powered conversation simulation technology. It is integrated into Percipio. Learners enter conversational AI scenarios that covers leadership, along with sales, and communication skills. In addition, they receive real-time feedback on their responses, and practice behavior change in a safe environment before applying it on the job.

Learners – that complete the courses – can earn badges that they can use to showcase and share their accomplishments on social media. These badges offer a portable record of achievement. They are also protected and validated via a blockchain. Badges can also be shared on LinkedIn and other professional networks.

Learners are offered a wide variety of formats to consume content - ranging from videos to books to audio books and even practice labs. Numerous options are also available for live events, along with tech and developer bootcamps, and instructor-led courses. The platform's 180,000+ asset library covers business skills, technology, leadership, and compliance. These are curated from Skillsoft's own content, plus licensed content from third-party publishers.

Percipio provides visual representations of data. This includes weekly learning goal completion, assignment, alongside program, and usage data. This, in turn, helps better explain the return on investment and business effects of learning throughout your entire organization.

Users can bundle content from different sources into one assignment; sequence it, set deadlines, and let the system handle reminders. Recent February 2026 release also added the ability to rename configurations within the Percipio Compliance Suite. Now updated titles are reflected throughout the platform.

Percipio now supports custom content hosting. This includes SCORM, AICC, and xAPI formats. In turn, organizations can upload proprietary training content alongside Skillsoft's library. This gives learners a single portal for all learning materials regardless of source.

This feature uses an AI model that helps curate content that is based on the interests and behaviors of learners. It surfaces recommendations that reflect what similar users have engaged with, adjusted to the individual's own activity history. It runs passively in the background and informs what appears in a learner's recommended content feed.

This feature layered LLM-based re-ranking on top based on standard keyword search results. It factors in the job role context, so two people searching for the same term won't necessarily land on the same top result anymore. Results are re-ranked using an LLM to surface what is most relevant for each learner's specific role.
