“Adaptive learning feature
Pros
With the adaptive learning feature, I've been able to accelerate the onboarding of experienced hires into full selling positions far more quickly than before which has directly helped us start generating revenue sooner.
Cons
I occasionally find the administrative controls to be less simple than I'd expect which results in extra time spent figuring out settings instead of focusing on course content and instructor workflows.

“love the resource pages for sharing info
Pros
As a user, I've come to really value several of the platform's enhancements and one that stands out is the "Resource Pages" feature, it's essentially a collection of templates that lets me build and style web pages tailored to different types of content, everything from product knowledge and educational materials to a centralized informational hub and because of that I can present resources in a much more organized, attractive way which gives our team another effective channel for sharing important information with the people we're training.
Cons
My experience with the administrative side is that it could be significantly more simple and user-friendly, as navigating settings and managing accounts often feels less easy than the learner-facing parts, so I find myself wishing the UI were aligned and the workflows simplified to speed up routine tasks.

“Strategic reporting & support
Pros
When it comes to reporting and support, I really appreciate how the reports let me pull any data I need for strategic business analysis and the Pinpoint support team stands out as one of the most helpful and responsive groups I've ever dealt with.
Cons
A few of the interface controls aren't as simple as I'd like which sometimes slows me down at first, although I usually get accustomed to them fairly quickly.
