“easy to follow lessons”
Pros
Its amazing how huge and useful the course library is. The lessons are explained in a very clear, easy-to-follow way so it doesn't take much effort to understand the material. I also appreciate that it works across multiple devices which makes it convenient to switch to a phone or tablet and keep learning anywhere. The certification paths are another big plus especially for helping engineers get up to speed quickly.
Cons
The administration console UI could still be made more organized. Also, the learning-based auto-suggestions have room for improvement and could be more accurate and helpful.

“Learn at your own pace”
Pros
It lets us learn at our own pace which is really convenient. The course content is thorough enough that I usually don't need to look elsewhere for additional information.
Cons
It's hard to search for a very specific issue within a course. If I get stuck on something, I have to dig through the video to find the part that covers it.

“Brilliant instructors”
Pros
There's a huge range of courses available and some of the instructors are genuinely amazing. The slides and animations are presented in a way that makes the material very clear and easy to follow. It also includes skill assessments with well-made questions that do a good job of testing what you know.
Cons
The subscription cost feels a bit expensive. Another downside is the lack of a built-in code editor for hands-on coding practice which would make the platform much more complete.

“Well organized content”
Pros
The training content is well organized and really helps with skill development. The courses are useful in day-to-day work across different domains and they also support broader domain knowledge development. Having organization single sign-on is another nice advantage.
Cons
It would be even better to include more certification-focused courses especially in areas like agile methodology and software development.

“rich video choices”
Pros
Having multiple video options around the topic I want to study is really useful because it lets me combine this platform with other learning programs and build a broader perspective.
Cons
There really is not much to complain about. I haven't run into any problems while using it and it works well for me both online and through the mobile app.

Pluralsight Skills is an amazing platform with really useful features that help build our skills and guide us toward the right development path.

“Appreciate the time tracking feature”
Pros
Skill IQ is one of the most useful parts of Pluralsight because it shows exactly where you stand across different skill areas. That makes it possible to learn at the right level instead of starting from zero every time. There's also a strong selection of courses available and I really appreciate the time tracking and certification planning features.
Cons
the app feels a bit frustrating at times and logging in and jumping back into the content where you left off is not as smooth as it should be. The dashboard could also use some work especially when it comes to giving better visibility into your learning path and where you want to head next.

“Superb tool for learning”
Pros
Whenever I get stuck on a feature in a new tool, or even in software I thought I already knew inside out, I go straight to this platform, pull up the right module and get up to speed fast. It's been incredibly helpful for learning exactly what I need and it deserves a lot of credit for how much it has helped me grow and perform better at work.
Cons
A few newer software products still aren't covered in the training library and I really wish those courses were available too.

“Love the skills assessments feature”
Pros
I really appreciate the Skills Assessment. It gives you a test at the start of a learning path and you can retake it later to measure how much progress you've made along the way.
Cons
Managing multiple learning paths can be pretty difficult.

“Library stays updated”
Pros
There's a wide range of software and programming content which is one of the best parts of using it. New courses on recently released and trending technologies are added almost every day so the library stays current.
Cons
At times, when you want a deeper dive into specific topics like software architecture especially newer architectural approaches, you'll notice some gaps in the content.

“Professional courses”
Pros
The thing that really stands out is the huge range of computer courses available on this platform. There are thousands to pick from, covering everything from older technologies to the latest cutting-edge topics. The courses are professionally produced and I honestly haven't come across one yet that didn't feel worthwhile to watch.
Cons
most of the content is heavily focused on technical subjects. Compared with some other learning platforms such as Lynda.com, there are fewer non-technical options like presentation skills, public speaking or other soft-skill courses.

“Easily accessible”
Pros
Having access to it wherever I am is one of the best parts. I can use it on my phone, tablet or in a web browser without any hassle. There are plenty of useful features and my favorite is being able to download courses directly to my devices. It's been an excellent study resource and the quality of the courses helped me pass two certification exams.
Cons
The only thing I'd really like to see added is an auto-play option in web browsers.

“Highly recommended”
Pros
It has a huge content library, the long list of features and the fact that many courses count toward certification requirements. That's a phenomenal benefit and I'd absolutely recommend it to any organization looking for staff training options.
Cons
Like a lot of mature software, it can feel a little feature-heavy at times but it's really not a concern at all.

“Top-notch content quality”
Pros
There's a lot of valuable knowledge available and the content quality is consistently high which makes learning really worthwhile.
Cons
One thing that still feels missing is a solid way to plan learning over the long term. I used OneNote and Evernote for years to track completed, ongoing and future courses. I've mostly adapted to using Channels now but once a list grows past 20-30 items, it starts to feel a bit complex to manage.

“Plenty of courses to explore”
Pros

“Well-structured platform”
Pros
The platform is organized really well so it's simple to follow the paths and channels that match the topics I want to focus on.
Cons
Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching content appears to be dated since it goes back to 2016. With how quickly technology changes, I wouldn't expect it to reflect the most current Cisco information even though the core fundamentals should still be relevant.

“Incredible learning experience”
Pros
Stepping into this role has been much more manageable thanks to Pluralsight Skills. The learning paths lay out the concepts clearly and in the right sequence so it's simple to follow what you need for each topic. Between the code examples in the courses, the discussions with instructors and the interactive format, it creates a learning experience that works well for all kinds of learners.
Cons
A few courses are starting to feel a bit outdated although they've been updating and replacing quite a lot of them recently.

Pros

“Easy to find topics”
Pros
Getting to the exact topics I need to learn is very simple. Since most of my work revolves around active projects and tight deadlines, having access to the right material exactly when I need it makes a huge difference.
Cons
The educational videos are very accessible and useful but there are times when a bit more functionality would help. For instance, when picking up a new frontend framework or technique, being able to edit code examples directly on the site would be a real advantage. That might be outside the platform's intended scope and it may not be practical given how broad the content library is but it would still be a valuable addition.

“Works well across devices”
Pros
Works really well across different devices and the course content is excellent.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about. The only issue I ran into was with offline access, I had downloaded a few courses to use without internet but when I was on a plane, I couldn't open the app at all since there was no network connection.
