“Slick interface and feel
Pros
Compared with platforms like Udemy and LinkedIn Learning, the interface here felt much more polished and modern. The overall look and feel was slick and that definitely made using it more enjoyable.
Cons
The content selection felt a bit limited. Other learning platforms offer a wider variety of courses which makes them more attractive overall.

Pros
It is an excellent learning platform built for professionals who want to strengthen their technical abilities. The content goes into solid technical depth too and I've used it in past roles to get a better grasp of topics like REST APIs and SSO.

“Offers a wide range of topics
Pros
There's a really wide selection of topics and courses available and new technology content tends to show up quickly. I also appreciate getting access to courses that are still being developed since it lets us start watching as soon as new chapters are released. The overall quality of the material is excellent and the trainers clearly know their subject matter very well.
Cons
A few areas could be better though. The library is missing some true deep-dive learning and many courses seem to top out around an intermediate level. The structure can feel a bit dull at times especially because the intro section in each chapter often drags on longer than necessary. On top of that, the course management page feels more complicated than it needs to be.

Pros
There's a wide range of courses and learning content, all taught by experts in each subject. It's also very convenient that you can always pick up right where you left off in any training and the quizzes help reinforce what you've learned.

“Vast technical course library
Pros
Having all of our technical training collected in one online video library has been a big advantage. My workplace has subscribed to it at different times so we could study specific topics for work but it's also been useful for exploring subjects we're personally interested in. The library feels incredibly extensive, with courses covering just about any technical area you'd want to learn. I also appreciate that there are multiple classes for different subtopics, clearly marked for beginner, intermediate or advanced learners. Since everything is recorded, it's convenient to rewatch full lessons or replay certain sections whenever needed.
Cons
I ran into a few courses where the instructor was a little difficult to follow. The recording quality itself was fine but depending on the kind of accent or dialect you're used to some instructors may not come across as completely clear.

“Accessible from anywhere
Pros
The course catalog stays current with software development and other areas of technology which makes the platform really valuable. It's also convenient to use from pretty much anywhere, whether on a desktop, a mobile browser or the app. Another big plus is that the certifications are recognized and being able to link them directly to LinkedIn adds even more credibility. “Covers all kinds of technologies
Pros
A huge video library covers all kinds of technologies from different sources. The courses are in English, often with subtitles and the instructors generally speak very clearly. I also appreciate the consistent audio cue at the start and end of each module which gives the platform a polished feel. The badge system is a nice motivator too since it rewards the achievements you complete. Another useful feature is the IQ test that helps measure your current level, along with the summary that points out which skills need more attention.

“Fantastic depth of training
Pros
Theres a huge amount of content available. The courses follow a consistent format which makes learning feel familiar no matter what subject you jump into. I also appreciate that the training is offered at different levels so you can go deep into a topic whether you're just getting started or already have some background. The transcripts are especially useful too since there are times when reading through the material is more practical than watching the video.
Cons
Course ratings do not always match what you personally think and sometimes I end up leaving a course halfway through because it is not covering the topic in the way I expected. Getting to the exact topics I need to learn is very simple. Since most of my work revolves around active projects and tight deadlines, having access to the right material exactly when I need it makes a huge difference.
Cons
The educational videos are very accessible and useful but there are times when a bit more functionality would help. For instance, when picking up a new frontend framework or technique, being able to edit code examples directly on the site would be a real advantage. “So much content available
Pros
Every morning, I set aside an hour to watch courses on this platform and I've kept that routine going for years. For the topics I care most about, IT, cloud software and DevOps, the course quality has been first class. I also regularly use the IT IQ assessments across about 30 different areas to check my skills and figure out where I need to spend more time. The course catalog is enormous. Honestly, there's so much content available that you could spend a lifetime on it and still not get through everything.
