Pros

The support with this tool is excellent. The communication is personal, and they're always proactive in offering help. The chat function is quick with someone always available to assist with any questions. I also love that the tool continuously innovates and regularly adds new features.

Cons

It would be very useful for me and my team if we could receive split invoices for Budgetvaardig professionals and Budgetvaardig volunteers. Unfortunately, this isn't possible at the moment.

I love that this tool offers dynamic and accessible way to create e learning courses and it makes almost entire process feel much more creative and enjoyable for me as an instructor.

Cons

I find creating different types of questions a bit complicated to implement. It would be nice if this feature was more extensive.

“Fantastic contact and support

Pros

For me, the contact with this tool has been fantastic from the start, personal and involved. Henny understood our needs and after two years, we are still extremely happy. If something comes up, they always always help us quickly and effectively. The contact, platform and collaboration are all top notch!

Cons

One thing I've noticed is that it's a small team developing the platform, so new features don't roll out very quickly

Starting with this tool was easy for me. The program is user friendly and if I get stuck, help is quick to come. Their personal approach really makes a difference and I also appreciate how readable this tool is on my mobile phone.

Cons

Of course, there are times when I run into limitations. But the team is open to feedback and whenever possible, they include these requests in their improvements.

The simplicity of the platform, the clear overview in reports and the speed of the service/helpdesk really stand out to me.

I haven't found any negative points in this tool over the past year. We did our research upfront and based on the features available, we can do everything we need.

This tool is easy to use and if I run into any issues, I can quickly ask for help through their customer service on the website. I find this tool to be very customer friendly.

Some units are harder to find for me, like when you want to deactivate users. It's also a bit annoying for my team that you have to adjust the default email each time before sending it.

Pros

Creating and adjusting learning paths and modules is incredibly easy for me. As a developer, I can set up an e learning course in no time. The technical support for LTI is also excellent.

Cons

We sell e learnings to third parties but this tool doesn't yet support the billing process well enough to optimize it, which is a issue for me and my team at this moment.

Pros

Content management is really simple for me. Adding different media, rearranging pages and modules is simple. The service is excellent and they're always open to suggestions and new ideas from my team.

Cons

I think the sorting in the user overview could be a lot better and I also find it frustrating that not everything I need can be easily exported for my reports.

This tool is user friendly for both my authors and the participants. It's also visually appealing. I've been able to set up several learning paths, improve our onboarding and refresh our internal training. None of this would have been possible without this tool's outstanding customer service. Whenever I need help or advice, I get quick support, the tool's podcasts and webinars are also great for taking your e learnings to the next level.

Cons

So far, I haven't found any major drawbacks. Some parts could be more user friendly but they're constantly working on improvements and adding new features.

It's a very easy-to-use portal. By allowing me to create courses easily, it has simplified training all my employees on hygiene and quality control plus the features are straightforward and simple to work with.

Cons

I feel that for small businesses like mine, it may be less appealing because the high cost is a significant factor in our budget planning.

We chose this tool a few years ago as a replacement for our LMS Canvas for certain courses. What I really like is how simple course creation is and now many of my colleagues can build courses without trouble. this tool is also constantly developing new features and listens well to our suggestions.

Cons

The only downside to this tool I have, is being tied to subscriptions with specific participant numbers. Since our number of participants varies, sometimes we don't have enough space in our current plan. My team then need to upgrade to a much higher tier, even though we only need 5 to 10 extra spots.

I have noticed that this tool is developing quickly into a full fledged LMS system, with an authoring tool included. What's great about this tool is that they rapidly develop new features based on user needs, unlike other LMS platforms where you might have to wait years for a new feature! They're also incredibly friendly and always willing to collaborate.

Cons

Since this tool is relatively new,I sometimes find myself missing certain useful features. But they're great at quickly developing new features based on customer needs.

For me, this tool is easy to set up and manage from the back end. The ease of use allows our team to work efficiently with it. For instructors, it offers many benefits like progress insights and the ability to assign grades. For students, it's perfect because they have everything in one platform and can practice independently. Plus, a certificate is automatically sent after completing the course and there are many integration options through Zapier.

I'm very satisfied so far and we are growing with this tool's latest developments. There's nothing I miss or would change at this moment.

There's no progress tracking for assignments over time which is a feature I'd like to see.

The thing I noticed that this software is excellent, offering many features for my team. Creating lessons and modules is easy and while converting our existing training into e learning took some creativity, the workshops made it manageable.

Cons

Over time, I've come across a few small things that could be adjusted. For example, it's difficult to change the entire house style of a learning path and its modules all at once. We had to manually adjust it for each lesson and section. It would also be nice if we could easily copy existing questions to other modules or sections. On the plus side, it's great that I can submit all feedback directly on the website!

Personally I find this tool easy to use and it also looks great. Just as important is the collaboration, the team behind this platform works alongside us to support the growth of Dehora Academy. Our partnership ensures mutual growth which is very rewarding. Another major plus for our clients is that this tool always works and can easily integrate with their own systems.

Cons

Some specific functionalities are still not available for me but that's the case with every similar product. Also, I think the calculation of monthly costs can be complex since the number of users fluctuates.

It's simple to learn and apply. The ability to create multiple learning paths makes it easy for people at different levels to learn. I can't emphasize enough how helpful the support team is. They are quick to respond to questions and always assist in finding solutions. Without their help, our learning path wouldn't have turned out as well.

Cons

There are limitations in design options. For example, I can't scale photos myself yet, or play with tabs, indentation or give columns different colors.

As an O&O fund, some of our e learnings are part of blended training, while others are on demand and stand alone. This platform always makes our e learning look great, no matter where the text comes from. There are no odd fonts and images and videos are always formatted nicely. This makes it quick and simple to create polished e learning, even if you're not an expert in course creation. There are various types of assignments and if I run into trouble, the helpdesk is easy to reach and always helpful.

Cons

The subscription model is less attractive for my organization due to the cost and because of that, we can't take full advantage of everything this tool offers.

At first, I clicked on the wrong things quite often. It's getting better now but I still miss some logic in places. It's also unfortunate that I can't get a certificate by submitting assignments and meeting a minimum score.
