The support with this tool is excellent. The communication is personal, and they're always proactive in offering help. The chat function is quick with someone always available to assist with any questions. I also love that the tool continuously innovates and regularly adds new features.
Cons
It would be very useful for me and my team if we could receive split invoices for Budgetvaardig professionals and Budgetvaardig volunteers. Unfortunately, this isn't possible at the moment.

I love that this tool offers dynamic and accessible way to create e learning courses and it makes almost entire process feel much more creative and enjoyable for me as an instructor.
Cons
I find creating different types of questions a bit complicated to implement. It would be nice if this feature was more extensive.

Pros
For me, the contact with this tool has been fantastic from the start, personal and involved. Henny understood our needs and after two years, we are still extremely happy. If something comes up, they always always help us quickly and effectively. The contact, platform and collaboration are all top notch!
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that it's a small team developing the platform, so new features don't roll out very quickly
