Pros
It is really simple for learners to use, and there are plenty of options available for creating different types of training. Also ProProfs Training Maker makes it simple for us to create, customize and track required compliance trainings. Plus users can jump in, access the LMS easily, and complete their required courses without any hassle.
Cons
Tracking is a bit all over the place and sometimes data overlaps. Also, fixing issues takes longer than I expected.

ProProfs is a great software for creating and delivering online assessments. As a publisher, I find it very easy to use. Plus it offers all kinds of options like quizzes, surveys and polls. The interface is clean and simple which makes it easy for me to create and customize assessments the way I need. One of the best features is the ability to add videos and images, which helps me keep students engaged. The analytics and reporting tools are a huge plus too as they make tracking student performance easy and help pinpoint where extra support is needed. Overall, it is an amazing, user-friendly platform that I would recommend to any organization looking for a reliable assessment tool.

Absolutely love how ProProfs keeps employee training consistent, convenient and easy. Even though setting everything up takes effort and time on our part, but once the courses are in place, now training has become a simple task. Plus, being able to upload videos and photos makes everything way more engaging!
Cons
Well we are not sure if our staff is fully retaining the training material. However the quizzes make a big difference. They help us in this matter and show us where we need to tweak the course to improve learning.

What I love most is that it does everything a teacher could ask for. So if you have something in mind for your students, this program can do it. There are no limits and it's both professional and personal. My 6th-grade math students have gotten so much better because of it.
Cons

It is way too easy to use, professional and really user-friendly. Plus the customer service is great too! I would rate it a solid 9.5 and highly recommend any company to give this software a try.
Cons
There should be more training videos, especially on important topics like head trauma. As lately, there have been a lot of incidents with kids getting hurt, like running into goalposts. So employees should have clear guidance on what they should do in such a situation.

The ease of use, it offers is a big plus. Even though our company does not use all of ProProfs features, but that is just because we don't need them right now, not because of the price. Tried out some of the other tools and they are pretty interesting. The best part is that it works seamlessly across desktops, laptops, tablets and phones which makes it easier than ever to get training materials to employees.
