“Affordable training tool”

Pros

Great value for money! It has all the features we needed for training management without the unnecessary high price you see with other e-learning platforms.

Cons

The free plan only allows up to 10 learners, which feels pretty limiting for users like us who want to make the most of it.

“Quick and simple to use”

Pros

ProProfs software is quite easy to navigate, which makes our job stress free and even saves us time.

Cons

Had some trouble embedding videos at first, but tech support helped me out and got it sorted quickly.

“Fits our needs perfectly”

Pros

ProProfs is easy to use and quite accessible for everyone. We are really happy with it and definitely planning to keep using it.

Cons

I feel like the loading templates could be a lot better. Also it should be easier to upload and format custom content. As per now it is a bit of hassle.
