“Instant customer service”
Pros
The instant customer service chat box has been fantastic. Whenever I need help someone is there right away and they're always incredibly helpful.
Cons
I'd still like to have a wider selection of apps to choose from.

“Outstanding customer care”
Pros
Whenever I need help, the customer service team is outstanding. They're consistently friendly, quick to respond and really know the system well.
Cons
My biggest frustration is that certain features only come as paid add-ons and for a small school, that extra cost is just too expensive.

“Affordable and professional”
Pros
After using several similar systems before launching Elevate Oklahoma, this one has been a much better experience. The others took too much time and were frustrating to work with and other teachers had plenty of complaints about them as well. When we were choosing a platform for our hybrid school program, QuickSchools stood out as the better product and was also more affordable. I've been extremely pleased with it. It gives our program a more professional and legitimate presence and I really appreciate that the admissions and registration form connects directly with our website page.
Cons
I still need help with the report card feature. I want the report card to show all four quarters along with the yearly average when printed. That option does appear to be there but whenever I click preview or download, the page size changes and shrinks to about two-thirds of the page which makes it look unprofessional. That is a pretty noticeable issue right now at the end of our first quarter.

“User-friendly tool”
Pros
Moving around in it feels very user friendly and it works well as a database that employees can be trained to use without much difficulty.
Cons
At the same time, it has so many customizable features that it can feel overwhelming now and then especially in the reports section.

“Budget-friendly option”
Pros
Getting a new school off the ground can be expensive and most of the LMS platforms I explored were priced far too high. QuickSchools has been a really good fit for us while we're just getting started and continuing to grow. One thing that consistently stands out is the 24/7 support through the chat feature. The team are phenomenal about answering questions quickly and helping point us in the right direction.
Cons
From time to time, small things come up that I'd love to see added to the platform but nothing major enough has stood out for me to even remember the specifics right now.

“Simple setup and management”
Pros
The setup process was convenient and managing everything since then has been just as simple.
Cons
Setting up grading and report cards does come with a bit of a learning curve but after going through a few tutorials, we were able to work it out.

Attendance, the grade book and report cards are features we rely on all the time and they've become part of our regular workflow.
Cons
The reporting side especially for attendance and behavior, still has room for improvement.
