Pros

It does a great job delivering eLearning materials, and I really like the helpful reminder features for training attendance and sign-ups. It also lets us set up compliance rules for training, which makes it a lot easier for us to stay on track.

Cons

There's a lot of clicking involved in getting tasks done, and generating reports is a bit tricky too. Also I feel like it would be quite helpful if trainers could log in to a trainer's portal to oversee all their trainees progress at once instead of having to sign in each employee individually for training. Plus, assigning new employees to different organizational units takes up quite a bit of time, so having a more efficient way to assign multiple employees at once would definitely make things easier.
