Expected a bit more from it...

Pros

At my previous job, we used ShareKnowledge for managing training and while it did what it was supposed to, I found it lacking in flexibility. It's possible that some of the limitations I faced were due to how our admins had set it up, so it might have more features than I got to experience. Still, I expected a bit more flexibility from an LMS.

Cons

The way we used it just didn't have some of the features I was really hoping for. Like it got the job done, but I wished for more.

A powerful and engaging LMS

Pros

It does a great job handling compliance challenges, which I know can be a big struggle for many companies. Plus I found it really great in helping us stay on top of those issues.

Cons

In the beginning, I found it a bit difficult to understand. Also an improved user interface would be beneficial.

Pros

ShareKnowledges customer service is exceptional. Not only are they always available whenever we contact them, but they even build strong relationships with their clients.

Cons

Well it relies on SharePoint which may not be the best fit for those who don't use SharePoint as a core backend system.

Pros

I like that it lets us assign Observers to manage specific user groups, kind of like admins but without giving them full access to the entire site.

Cons

Time is displayed only in Central time zone, and changing it to users time zones is not as simple as I expected.

Good, but has some issues

Pros

ShareKnowledge is quite user-friendly and it works well with SharePoint, which is a big plus. The user interface is also really simple too which makes administrative tasks a lot easier for us to manage.

Cons

As an administrator, I found troubleshooting logs a bit difficult.

Truly impressive tool!!

Pros

I have no doubt that it's a powerful LMS, and it really works well alongside a company's investment in SharePoint.

Cons

Upgrading takes a lot of time, which can be frustrating. I also wish the notifications had more details so it was easier to keep track of whats happening during the process.

Provides the best support...

Pros

ShareKnowledge offers exceptional customer support and it is a highlight for me. Whenever I contact any representative, they are patient towards me and I find them quite knowledgeable.

Cons

For new users, navigating through all the different features and naming conventions can be a bit complicated. Even it took me some time to get used to it.
