“Good courses”
Pros
Compared with other LMS platforms I've worked with like Rise Up, eLamp and 360Learning, this one keeps things much more accessible and easy. The interface is clean and creating or managing courses doesn't feel overly complicated. One feature I especially appreciate is the ability to customize learning paths for different users which makes the experience feel more relevant to each person. The analytics are also valuable because they give a clear view of how learners are interacting with the content. Overall it stays efficient and well organized without adding unnecessary complexity.
Cons
At times the platform can feel a little slow, particularly when saving changes or updating content. It's not a major problem but it does become a bit frustrating when handling several courses at once. I'd also like to see broader integrations with other tools along with more advanced features for community discussions directly within the platform. Even with those limitations it's still a solid solution that does a lot to strengthen customer education.

“Great training”
Pros
From the learning structure to the interactive content, this platform does a really good job of helping users understand the product and get more value from it. The interface is clear and user friendly and the overall experience feels organized and insightful. Structured lessons, certifications, better product adoption and solid community support make it a very effective and worthwhile platform.
Cons
A few parts of the content can feel repetitive and the selection of advanced courses is still somewhat limited. I also ran into occasional navigation issues and the platform could be better with more personalized learning paths.

“positive experience”
Pros
Right away it felt like a practical way to improve customer success with scalable digital strategies. The CRM helped us boost retention and revenue while also making customer support more effective. It works well as a one stop, self service hub that customers can access anytime. The digital onboarding experience and easy onboarding make it especially useful for customized, on demand training and education. I also appreciate that the platform offers customizeed solutions for different needs with pricing that varies depending on the products and services selected. On top of that their human first approach stands out and resonates with businesses that want to create more opportunities for underserved communities in tech.
Cons
Although it supports a range of integrations, connecting it smoothly with other systems can be challenging and may require extra technical expertise.

“Stellar support”
Pros
Getting started with this software was honestly impressive because the platform feels very accessible and user friendly right away. It's simple to figure out and customizing the experience is easy even without much HTML or CSS knowledge. The prebuilt code snippets are especially helpful since they can just be dropped in to personalize the platform without much trouble. The customer service is really where it shines though. Anytime I've had a question or run into an issue, the support team has responded quickly and been genuinely helpful. It feels like they actually care about their customers and want to make sure the experience is as good as possible. I'd definitely recommend the platform to anyone who wants a capable LMS that's simple to work with and backed by excellent support.
Cons
One thing that felt missing when I used it was stronger SCORM analytics. The platform works well for e learning overall but I would have liked more insight into how users interact within each SCORM file. Having that added level of visibility would make it much more useful for monitoring learner progress and refining course content over time.

“clean interface and fast rollout”
Pros
Switching from our previous LMS to this went really well. The onboarding team kept the migration process clear and manageable which made the transition feel very easy. After only a few days our whole team was already comfortable using the platform because the dashboard is clean and accessible. The Skilljar Academy also gave us all the training we needed to get up and running. Since going live, learner feedback has been very positive. People consistently mention that the interface looks clean, navigation is simple, content is easy to locate and overall they're very happy with the new experience.
Cons
It is built mainly for customer education while we're using it for both customer learning and internal training. Because of that there are a few limitations around handling internal training needs. Our previous LMS included features like due dates, reports for overdue training and notifications for managers. We've managed to create workarounds for those gaps but having a self-serve reporting feature would be a big improvement so we could customize our own reports and analytics.

“Reliable onboarding support”
Pros
Working with Logan (my Implementation Manager) was an excellent part of the whole process. He was always available when I had questions and consistently shared really helpful advice and direction along the way. That level of hands on support made the move to this platform feel very manageable.
Cons
Building courses is easy but customizing the website to match the exact look you want is more challenging. In the end it doesn't function as a full content CMS so it works best if you know how to code or have someone on hand who does.
