“reliable LMS”
Pros
Using this software has been pretty easy because the platform is consistent and includes the standard LMS features we expect to have. Our CSM has also been incredibly helpful and has made a big difference overall.
Cons
The pricing is on the higher side. It also doesn't offer all of the integrations we want and the pace of updates and product improvements feels like it has slowed down. Some parts of the system also seem dated and don't provide the level of customization or visual appeal we'd prefer.

“responsive support team”
Pros
Their support team does a decent job and usually gets back to us fairly quickly. We no longer have a dedicated CSM and now have to go through a queue which I really dislike but to be fair the response time is still reasonably good.
Cons
Reporting is where the platform still really struggles. It has gotten a little better but honestly it remains pretty abysmal. I often have to export everything to CSV and do a lot of manual work outside of the platform just to get data that's actually useful. On top of that I regularly get asked for access to information I can't really provide because the data just isn't available in a usable format even when it's pushed into Salesforce.

“Dashboards that customers appreciate”
Pros
One of the best parts of Skilljar by Gainsight is the analytics. It's very easy to use, both for our team and for our customers. With the shared dashboards, they can easily monitor their users' course progress without depending on us to send manual reports every week or every two weeks. Now they can simply log in and check the live data themselves which has been a big advantage on our side. That level of automation and simplicity is exactly what we value most about the platform.
Cons
The area that could use improvement is quiz management especially the question bank setup. At the moment when I need to build a quiz I first have to create the question banks separately and then add them from another place. It would save a lot of time and effort if that could be done directly from the quiz page itself. As it stands I have to keep track of two different windows and that can become a tedious process sometimes.

“Training that drives results”
Pros
Works really well as a customer education platform especially for customer and partner training. Its integration with systems like Salesforce is smooth and that connection makes it much easier to tie learning programs directly to business outcomes such as retention and revenue growth.
Cons
Biggest shortcomings we noticed are in reporting and analytics since getting deeper insights often means exporting data instead of relying on built-in tools. Customization also tends to require HTML, CSS or API knowledge so non technical users can feel boxed in by the default design. Also user and course management can be pretty manual, email customization feels basic, support can sometimes be slow or not very helpful and the admin interface comes across as outdated.

“helpful learning platform”
Pros
The platform offers a complete set of learning tools that really help improve customer knowledge and overall experience. It's user friendly, easy to figure out and does a good job of keeping customers engaged, focused and up to date with the latest trends.
Cons
A downside is that some needs are not completely met when content updates are delayed and that can negatively affect the overall user experience.

“modern training hub”
Pros
Having all of our training content in one central place has made a big difference in how well we can monitor course completions. Customers also respond well to the modern, clean interface which makes the overall learning experience better. Another big plus are the strong automation functions for reminders, progress tracking and certificate delivery since once everything is configured, those tasks run smoothly. I also really appreciate the customization options because they allow me to align the entire portal with our company branding and keep the training experience consistent for clients within our ecosystem. Altogether these capabilities have improved both user engagement and the efficiency of managing our training programs.
Cons
One area where this platform falls short is reporting. It covers the basics like completion status and scores but it becomes limiting when I need deeper insights or more customized reports. At that point I usually have to export the data into Excel which adds extra time and effort. The certification setup was also somewhat more involved than expected even though the rest of the platform setup was fairly easy.

“takes time to click”
Pros
Granular analytics and reporting are definitely a strong point. The interface feels accessible and user friendly and the customer support has been excellent whenever any hiccups came up. It also felt like a very personalized experience throughout.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the platform took longer than I expected. It wasn't immediately obvious how to use it in the best way and there was some difficulty at the beginning. Once I understood it better it became generally user friendly but it does take time before everything really clicks.

“powerful customer education platform”
Pros
From setup to scaling this has been a really capable and accessible platform for running customer education programs. The interface feels clean and easy for both admins and learners which makes daily use much better. One thing I especially value is how well it connects with tools like Salesforce, SSO and analytics platforms making it much simpler to monitor learner progress and tie training efforts back to business results. It also helps a lot that I can create customizeed learning paths, issue certifications and work with SCORM compliant content without needing a technical background. Other than that the onboarding and customer support teams have been outstanding.
Cons
Even though the platform does a lot well some of the reporting features feel a bit restricted unless you use advanced setup or outside data tools. For example building highly detailed custom reports often means exporting data and relying on third party solutions which would be much better if it were more streamlined directly in the native dashboard.

“many customization options”
Pros
Stands out for its strong customization options and the wide range of settings and features that can support different business needs. My interactions with my CSM and other team members have generally been positive as well. The platform has also been very reliable in terms of uptime and I appreciate that the engineering team is open to making small updates or customizations when needed.
Cons
On the other hand getting help from customer support has been frustrating. I'm frequently asked to provide details the support agent could find themselves or to try troubleshooting steps that I already know won't (and ultimately don't) resolve the issue. I've also run into cases where features like Live Events seem to be released before they're fully ready which creates glitches during use and leaves the support team uncertain about how to address them. On top of that I've had to wait as long as four weeks for a response from my CSM.

“insightful learning hub”
Pros
There's a lot of valuable insight packed into one place with plenty of knowledge available all together.
Cons
At times it can feel a bit too automated and impersonal. Getting integrations set up and figuring out the platform at the beginning would have been much easier with better onboarding, guidance or customer support.

“quick loading but confusing quizzes”
Pros
I'm using it through Quantic Business School and one thing that has been consistently good is how fast it loads. The platform also works with very few errors which makes the overall experience reliable.
Cons
The multiple answer questions really need a clearer layout because it can be confusing to tell whether all possible answers are already visible or if more answers will appear after selecting the first correct one. The way those question screens are designed along with the logic behind them causes mistakes. Compared with the Coursera app where I can download an entire module before starting, this platform feels very unclear about where the content is being downloaded and how that works. Saying it requires "internet" is too vague since users need to know whether that means wifi or mobile data and roughly how much data will actually be used.

“friendly design with potential”
Pros
Right away the UX/UI felt user friendly and pleasant to work with. Depending on what an organization need it's definitely something I'd recommend. There were moments when the server seemed a bit slow to respond although that may have also been related to my internet connection.
Cons
It can bring value to my team and me but that really depends on the specific needs. I still need to evaluate how far that value actually goes.

“valuable learning program”
Pros
This platform is a very effective and accessible way to build knowledge on topics that matter. I really appreciate this kind of initiative and hope more people take part in this educational program by design.

Honestly I have nothing negative to point out. It feels like a breakthrough platform.

“customer training made simple”
Pros
Getting courses up and running on this platform feels very easy and organizing learning content is just as manageable. It does a really good job of tracking customer progress and engagement which gives us useful insight for improving our training materials. Another big plus is how nicely it integrates with other Gainsight products so managing customer success work from one place is much more convenient.
Cons
The initial setup does take a while especially if customer education is new territory for you. I'd also like to see more flexibility in some of the reporting options and every now and then an update changes the layout enough that it takes a bit of time to adjust. On the positive side the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever something comes up.

“complicated start, useful training”
Pros
Between the different things it lets you do it really helped me build new skills and learn software tools I didn't know how to use before. Most importantly it made a big difference in customer satisfaction. Client attrition improved by around 50% and my manager was extremely pleased with the results.
Cons
At the beginning it was pretty complicated to figure out. Once I went through some training though it started to make a lot more sense. I'm not a very technical person so it definitely took me a while to get comfortable with it but now I really enjoy using it.

“engaging lessons and practical training”
Pros
Learning felt engaging and interactive thanks to the quizzes and exercises so it never came across as just passive reading. The training followed a clear, logical structure that was easy to keep up with whether someone was just starting out or already more advanced. The lessons were also practical and simple to apply in real situations.
Cons
There really is not much to complain about. That said the platform could use a bit more personalization and I did run into a couple of UI glitches from time to time.

“useful courses”
Pros
Starting off was pretty easy especially when it came to setup and onboarding. The courses are well organized, clear and simple to follow and the customer support has been reliable whenever needed. Integration with other tools is also uncomplicated and overall the platform feels complete and genuinely helpful for building my professional skills.
Cons
There is definitely an adjustment period at the beginning. Even though the interface is user friendly the initial diffculty can still feel a bit much at first especially for anyone who has not worked with the tool before. That said it becomes much more manageable with regular use.

“Organized platform”
Pros
Although I haven't had a chance to try it yet I'd definitely like to. From what I've seen so far the platform appears organized and simple to move through. I tend to value learning tools that keep things engaging and practical so I'm hoping it includes interactive material, real world examples and clear explanations that make it easier to apply the lessons right away.
Cons
Since I haven't actually used it yet I can't speak from direct experience but I would expect the content to stay current and offer more than just basic information. I'd really want to see hands on exercises, real case studies and a easy way to monitor progress. If those elements aren't there the learning experience could end up feeling less effective.
