“My go-to LMS software

Pros

Its features when compared with price gives you an idea that it offers great value for the money you spend. We evaluated 1015 LMS options and Skyprep appeared as the clear winner. It offers complete functionality and simplifies course creation. Also the administrative backend is fairly user friendly.

Cons

So far we have not come across any serious drawbacks. SkyPrep fulfills all our LMS requirements.

“Good value for money

Pros

We very much liked the advanced features in Skypreps premium version including knowledge checks assessments and permissions for multiple admins to upload and grade material. It has become an integral part of our onboarding and refresher training for medical personnel ensuring they stay up to date with our protocols and procedures.

Cons

I honestly don't have any real complaints about SkyPrep. The only thing I struggled with was moving all our PowerPoint presentations over without using Studio. But once I figured out that Studio was the easier way to go, it wasn't an issue anymore.

“Everything is available at one Place

Pros

Skyprep has transformed our training by combining all our scattered training materials into one easily navigable platform. Not only the Learning Paths are user friendly but the system offers multiple course authoring tools with SCORM support. Plus, Skypreps responsive customer support and API integration have made our training management smooth.

Cons

Not much to complain about here. It's a solid system, and the uploading and assigning features are really easy to use.

“Simply Amazing

Pros

The software is remarkably user friendly allowing our trainees to follow along on their own PCs without screen sharing. Also to search for specific content, I do not have to struggle much which is another plus point of SkyPrep.

Cons

There is a slight lag during the sign in process but its a minor inconvenience and not happened often. So it is something we can let go!

Pros

SkyPrep software is really user-friendly and keeps getting better. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so even if you are new to it, there is barely any need for training because it is super intuitive. Plis, their knowledge base is solid and whenever I get stuck or forget something, the customer support team is amazing as they are always ready to help and guide me through things.

Cons

In the start, some important features were missing but Skyprep addressed these requests quickly making it a pro now.

It is easy to install. Like I was able to set it up within no time. Also it is fairly user friendly for new learners. And their customer service is excellent providing great support.

I feel like reviewing and grading assessment features are not the best and should be improved.

“You can customize to fit your needs

Pros

Software's course creation tools are very detailed, and with SCORM support, you can easily add third-party courses, so you can say it covers everything. Plus, over the years they have worked with us to customize the system to fit what our users need. The customer support is awesome too, whether we need to have a direct meeting with account manager or quick help through chat. Moreover their API made it easy to integrate it with our website, so now offering our courses has become a lot simpler.

Cons

The reporting features don't cover all the data points we'd like, and with a lot of users, the reports can sometimes take longer than we'd want.

Everything about Skyprep is perfect. Also it is easy to use which makes it the best for us to gain knowledge and experience. Even it is user friendly and beneficial for anyone looking to expand their knowledge.

Pros

Skyprep offers all the necessary features we need and that to available at an affordable price. Plus, there support team is responsive to user requests and provide excellent support.

Onboarding took some time mainly because of different terminologies but it's not a problem anymore as we are pro in using it now. Credit goes to the support team and the guidance they provided to us.

I just wish more training materials were available. And there should be a way to track how much time learners spent online.

Pros

SkyPrep is an all-in-one LMS software that makes it super easy for our managers to train and certify employees. The interface is really user-friendly, so creating, editing and delivering training material are no longer a problem. Also, we have all the tools we need to manage everything, from users and certificates to content and analytics. Plus, their integration APIs let us connect the content our users create with our own apps. On top of that, SkyPrep has a bunch of other cool features like mobile access, reporting, dashboards, gamification, course building and learning paths.

Cons

I wish I had more control over what shows up on my dashboard. And some of the data there isn't really useful for me so it'd be nice to be able to filter out the stuff I don't need.

“Secure and reliable product

Pros

We use SkyPrep for supervisory compliance. For instance, the federal government might say we need to do training on privacy, or since we do a lot of transactions with large dollar amounts, we have to be weary of money laundering which means we have to do a course on money laundering. Here, SkyPrep allows us to offer those courses, do the training and report back to our auditors that we are doing the training and show that we have a record of it.

“An extra-ordinary software experience

SkyPrep meets all our needs...and goes BEYOND! The software is quite easy to learn/use and helps our team work more efficiently in delivering, tracking, and reporting on training. The help desk is quick to get back with us when a ticket is submitted, and the support is excellent and consistent with very little wait time. They are continuously improving their services and features, as well as provide quick updates and customizations.

“Must-have for Staff Training

Pros

SkyPrep is a big hit for event staff training! It is a very user-friendly online training software both on the admin and learner side. After a quick training with our account manager, we were comfortable setting our platform and releasing courses to our staff. It was extremely easy to set up our platform and create accounts for our event staff. Overall, SkyPrep is a super beneficial tool, and we love working with them!
