It has become an integral part of our onboarding and refresher training for medical personnel ensuring they stay uptodate with our protocols and procedures.

While not a true con initially transferring PowerPoint presentations without using Studio was a bit challenging but we later found that using Studio was a simpler solution.

There are very few cons as the systems uploading and assigning mechanics are straightforward. However some reporting features could offer more data points and reports can sometimes take longer with a large number of users.

We use SkyPrep for regulatory compliance. For instance, the federal government might say we need to do training on privacy, or since we do a lot of transactions with large dollar amounts, we have to be weary of money laundering, meaning we have to do a course on money laundering. SkyPrep allows us to offer those courses, do the training, and report back to our auditors that we are doing the training and show that we have a record of it.

The help desk is quick to get back with us when a ticket is submitted, and the support is excellent and consistent with very little wait time. They are continuously improving their services and features, as well as provide quick updates and customizations.

After a quick training with our account manager, we were comfortable setting our platform and releasing courses to our staff. We genuinely appreciate the simplicity of the software. Setting it up was straightforward and required minimal training. SkyPrep makes it easy to create learning materials without any unnecessary complexity. The reporting suite within the platform is a standout feature allowing us to access data easily. We particularly love the ability to favorite reports saving us time and reducing unnecessary downloads.
Cons
The integration options are somewhat limited and we hope to see more integrations with other apps in the future. We also wish for improved automatic email functionality especially at the group level to send reminders to users in progress. Currently we have to manually run reports and send emails to users who havent completed their training.

I love using SkyPrep. As both a user and an admin I found it to be true to its promises. There are no hidden charges and the support is excellent. Setting up and going live with SkyPrep was relatively easy. Uploading thirdparty or inhouse content is a smooth process. The user interface is sharp and userfriendly both on computers and the mobile app. The single signon feature is convenient for employees not familiar with online learning.
Cons
One feature wed like to see is a content creation tool similar to PowerPoint or Articulate within the platform. While we can upload content having an allinone solution would be beneficial for us.

The integration options are somewhat limited and we hope to see more integrations with other apps in the future. We also wish for improved automatic email functionality especially at the group level to send reminders to users in progress. Currently we have to manually run reports and send emails to users who havent completed their training.

I love using SkyPrep. As both a user and an admin I found it to be true to its promises. There are no hidden charges and the support is excellent. Setting up and going live with SkyPrep was relatively easy. Uploading thirdparty or inhouse content is a smooth process. The user interface is sharp and userfriendly both on computers and the mobile app. The single signon feature is convenient for employees not familiar with online learning.
Cons
One feature wed like to see is a content creation tool similar to PowerPoint or Articulate within the platform. While we can upload content having an allinone solution would be beneficial for us.
