“Fantastic platform!

Pros

It has been easy for both learners and admins to use. It's got a lot of cool features and integrating it with our Shopify store was a piece of cake. Plus, it's really reasonably priced and we've had zero downtime. Setting it up was smooth and simple.

Cons

Honestly, I really don't see any downsides. I'm not the most tech-savvy person when it comes to admin tasks but their help center and customer service are top-notch!

Pros

The SkyPrep team is really easy to work with and the product itself is fantastic. The user interface is simple to use and for the price, it offers great functionality. Implementing it was also very easy.

There's nothing negative to say. Our experience has been and continues to be, extremely positive. I'd definitely recommend SkyPrep to others.

“User-friendly for our learners

Pros

Learners find the platform very user-friendly. Also it is simple to teach power users how to assign courses and handle enrollments. The integration with Shopify works perfectly too.

Cons

As an administrator I am not very tech-savvy. The backend has a lot of options which can feel a bit overwhelming, but it is not a real issue because the support team always guides me through any problems I encounter.

Dealing with the SkyPrep team is always easy and they offer a great product with a simple interface. Plus we get excellent functionality for the price and it is super easy to configure.

Overall, my experience with this software has been really positive. The platform is easy and adaptable which made our transition smooth and training much more effective. The only regret I have is that we didn't switch to SkyPrep sooner. Once we made the transition, we realized all the potential benefits and efficiencies we had been missing out on before.

SkyPrep LMS has been a great addition for us. Their customer support team is incredibly responsive and always has the answers we need. The platform works perfectly with our single sign-on making it simple for our team to access. Plus it is so user-friendly that even our less tech-savvy colleagues find it easy to use. Best of all is the highly customizable interface and powerful reporting tools that let us tailor everything to our needs which massively improves our training programs.

Cons

Our only regret is that we did not start using it sooner. And switching over showed us all the benefits and efficiencies we had been missing.

Pros

Navigating the platform, adding new users and pulling reports were all incredibly simple and easy to accomplish.

Cons

Some of the videos can be glitchy and the reports sometimes come out looking lengthy or formatted strangely.

It is incredibly easy to implement. The platform is super easy to use and setting it up didn't take a ton of work. The team at SkyPrep is always very helpful and friendly in every interaction.

Cons

I don't have many complaints. There are some minor hiccups with certain functions but nothing that actually affects the functionality. One thing I wish is that there was a way to verify that Knowledge Boosters were sent out or even send reminders to complete them.

“Essential resource for any learning program

Pros

It's so simple to use, track progress and assign courses to employees. Everything just works like it should.

Cons

Transferring completion certificates was a bit of a hassle because we couldn't do it in bulk and we had to do it one by one.

Pros

SkyPrep implementation process was way too easy. Plus I found it fairly simple to use and the setup was not complex at all as minimum effort was required. Lastly the SkyPrep team was very helpful and kind at every step. They guided me well throughout.

Cons

I do not have many complaints. There are a few minor issues with some functions, but they do not disturb overall functionality. But I do wish there was a way to confirm that Knowledge Boosters were sent or a method to send reminders for completing them.

The software is quite user-friendly which makes it easy for us to track progress. Also it loads quickly and organizes all completed courses properly.

Cons

Transferring training records and certificates is not an easy process. We had to do it one by one, which took a lot of time to move everything from SkyPrep to our HRIS.

Pros

My team got this platform up and running in no time. It gives us excellent control over our Learning Management System. Producing any report we need is also very simple and we can make data-driven decisions on everything related to training and business development.

Cons

I have no complaints here, the new CMS is great for content creation and management. It's a big improvement from what we had before.

As per me the platform is pretty much stable, reliable and easy to use. Its high-level data tracking and reporting system provide excellent support for understanding usage and performance. This allows me to make correct data-driven decisions regarding course optimization, developing new offerings and overall business management.

Well I have no major concerns. Plus, they have also put in a lot of effort to improve the CMS over the past year. So, I will say everything going in a right direction.

SkyPrep is user-friendly and the concierge service provided during the acquiring process has been unmatched. It is for sure the best customer service I have had experience so far.

Cons

Pros

SkyPrep's course authoring tools are packed with features that make creating modular courses and assessments really easy. Their API made it super simple to integrate the platform into our website. Their success managers are amazing and always make sure all our questions get answered. We've worked with them for almost ten years and during that time, they've helped us integrate new features to meet our needs.

Cons

In the past we had an issue with reporting where it sometimes missed some data points. However, they've added a custom report feature that's starting to fix that issue.

Learning and understanding SkyPrep is pretty easy. Also, the support they offer and their team's expertise are simply amazing. We rely on them fully.

Cons

There is nothing to criticize from my side. The whole experience was pleasing.

As an administrator, I find the system very easy to set up and maintain. Also, its user-friendly from both administrative and user perspectives. Their customer support is excellent too as they offers monthly check-ins, updates and answering questions that too without charging any additional cost.

Cons

The only issue I faced was quickly resolved once I contacted the support team. They provided a quick solution, so there are no dislikes!!

“Never disappoints!!!!!

Pros

Setting up courses with this system was quite easy compared to others I have used in the past. After demoing several options and using four different LMS systems over the past decade, SkyPrep stood out to me. Although we had very unique requirements that needed specific adjustments, the team was keen to help and made the process smooth for us. They even provided video calls to walk me through settings and setup to ensure everything met our needs. I was able to upload a course, create quizzes and adjust settings to our custom needs, often in under an hour!

Cons

Customer support is not available 24/7 which can cause difficulties mainly if a tech issue arises after hours or during holidays (for example, they observe American and Canadian holidays, which can result in up to four days without service following a weekend). However, they remain responsive during major system shutdowns, and we generally do not face system issues. So just be cautious about scheduling your initial rollout around their holidays, as support might be limited if you face a problem.
